Kylie Minogue has been named as the latest A-list star to be read the CBeebies Bedtime Story.
On this coming Friday (October 18), at 6:50 PM, the renowned Australian figure, who is 56 years old, will be reading the beloved children’s book “Goodnight Moon,” penned by American author Margaret Wise Brown and beautifully illustrated by Clement Hurd.
The tale, initially released in 1947, traces the journey of a small rabbit as they bid a nightly farewell to each of their familiar items, one at a time, before retiring for the night.
Regarding her part on the program, Kylie expressed that it was truly delightful to narrate ‘Goodnight Moon’ for the very first time as a bedtime story on CBeebies.
Just as the character from the story always bid a goodnight to the objects in his room, I too, express gratitude to the spaces I’ve occupied before departing. Good night and sweet dreams!
This will be one of two stories that the Grammy-winning singer has lent her voice to for CBeebies.
Details of her second story are yet to be revealed.
