Kylie Jenner’s BFF Stassie nearly spills out of plunging dress after admitting to plastic surgery regrets

Kylie Jenner’s best friend made quite the appearance at a recent event in Los Angeles. 

At age 27, Anastasia ‘Stassie’ Karanikolau, expressing remorse over certain cosmetic surgeries, showcased her ample assets during the festivities marking the inauguration of the Oh Polly store on a Friday.

During the episode of “The Better Half” podcast, the host confidently displayed her elegant silhouette while wearing a delicate pink minidress adorned with sequins and boasting a deep v-neck design.

Her toned legs looked even longer with help from some nude high heel sandals. 

The social media star wore natural-looking, camera-ready makeup with a neutral red lip.

She had her long, dark tresses brushed sleekly straight, and chose a minimalist approach with accessories, favoring a slender gold bracelet and small gold hoop earrings.

She attended the event with fellow influencer and friend Victoria Villarroel, 33. 

In a chic ensemble, the actress from Grown-ish donned a shimmering black sequin dress without straps, paired with a stylish tuxedo jacket, adding an extra dash of glamour to her look.

The model stepped out in transparent high heel mules.

Her long, dark tresses were combed flat, and she highlighted her on-screen ready cosmetics with a gentle shade of red lipstick.

Recently, Karanikolaou openly disclosed during her interview on Bravo Bri’s podcast in mid-May that she had surgically enhanced her figure with a Brazilian Butt Lift some years prior.

In simpler terms, a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) involves taking fat from other parts of the body such as the abdomen, waist, or thighs and transferring it to enhance the size and shape of the buttocks, resulting in a curvier posterior.

She clarified that she doesn’t possess any artificial enhancements, and at this stage, it’s hard to conceal the fact. She went on to say that she did undergo a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure, where fat was repositioned in her body.

She also admitted to getting a breast augmentation. 

She admitted, “I accomplished it at a very early age, which I now realize was a mistake. That’s probably the reason I’ve found it difficult to discuss this topic for such a prolonged period.

Initially, Karanikolaou disclosed her intention to adjust her BBL procedure slightly in order to minimize its size further. She aims for a more authentic look overall.

In her own words, the model shared that she felt compelled to undergo surgery on her body during her teenage years due to the intense societal pressures she experienced at the time.

She explained that at a certain stage in her life, she felt as though she desired larger lips, breasts, and a more voluptuous posterior, which was her frame of mind back then.
