In the same interview, Karanikolaou openly discussed undergoing plastic surgery at a young point in her life.
She shared details about the particular treatments she’s undergone, but firmly insisted that no modifications have been made to her lower body area.
‘I have not had butt implants. The only implants that I have are in my t*tties,’ she said.

Nevertheless, she shared more details on a topic considered sensitive, revealing that her initial treatment was lip filler, but she admitted it wasn’t done skillfully.
Ever since then, she’s been sharing that she still encounters critical remarks about her looks on social platforms, and surprisingly, she also experienced such a comment while enjoying her holiday in Greece.
When someone unfamiliar with her remarked that she appeared ‘made entirely of plastic’, she admitted it left her feeling distressed. “I felt the urge to break down,” she explained. “I detest the idea of looking artificial or unnatural.
Afterwards, she said that she started revising her work to look ‘more natural.’
She additionally discussed the shifting nature of beauty ideals, comparing them to fashion trends, yet expressed no remorse, despite desiring a new appearance currently.
She stated, ‘Rather than expressing remorse, I prefer to say I’ve completed tasks with outcomes I wasn’t pleased about, but I don’t regret doing them. At first, I desired these things and enjoyed them, but looking back, I have decided against them.’
