Travis Scott rarely speaks about his children with Kylie Jenner, and he did so again as her new partner, Timothée Chalamet, received another Academy Award nomination.
Rapper Travis Scott, 34 (born Jacques Bermon Webster II), recently talked about being a father to his two children: 7-year-old daughter Stormi and 3-year-old son Aire, whom he shares with Kylie Jenner, 28.
Becoming a father has taught him one key lesson: you can’t afford to completely disconnect, he shared in a recent Rolling Stone interview published on Wednesday.
The rapper explained that being away from his children is the most difficult part of touring. He added that, like him, his kids are always full of ideas and constantly trying new things, making it hard to stay away and not participate in their adventures.
Scott went on to boast that his son Aire is just as innovative as he is.
The celebrity explained that they brought someone to the Disney Imagineering lab, and the person was amazed by the robots, new technology, and how everything was constructed.
He also talked about AI and revealed whether he lets his kids use it.
As a lifestyle expert, I’m often asked about technology and kids, and I firmly believe it’s best to let them develop naturally without relying too heavily on AI. I’ve chosen not to give my own children access to AI tools right now because I worry it could actually hinder their brain’s potential for growth and learning. I want them to build those core skills themselves, and I think AI can sometimes short-circuit that process.
It’s important for people to develop fundamental skills and learn how to learn independently. That way, they can effectively use AI as a tool, rather than relying on it completely. If AI does everything for you, it’s hard to evaluate the accuracy or quality of the results.
Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott began dating in 2017, and shortly after, she became pregnant. In February 2018, she surprised her many fans by announcing the birth of their daughter, Stormi.
Then months later, she made a surprise appearance in the music video for Stop Trying To Be God
Later in the year, Jenner showed her support for Scott by appearing as the Virgin Mary in his music video, “Stop Trying to Be God.”
However, the stars split in October 2019 and later got back together.
In 2021, Jenner shared the news that she was expecting their second child, and in February 2022, they welcomed their son, Aire.
Travis and Kylie officially ended their relationship in 2023, but they’ve continued to be friends even after a difficult romance.
She used to date Tyga, another rapper who works with Scott. Their relationship began when Tyga was in his twenties and Jenner was still a teenager.
Timothée Chalamet, Kylie Jenner’s new partner, is up for Best Actor at the 2026 Oscars, putting him in competition with Leonardo DiCaprio. The Oscar nominations were revealed on Thursday.
Oh my gosh, Timothée Chalamet—yes, the Timothée—got nominated for his incredible work in ‘Marty Supreme’! And Leo, of course, Leonardo DiCaprio, is up for ‘One Battle Another,’ which, honestly, was expected. But the competition is fierce! Ethan Hawke for ‘Blue Moon,’ Michael B. Jordan in ‘Sinners,’ and even Wagner Moura for ‘The Secret Agent’ are all going for it. It’s going to be SO hard to pick a winner, but I’m definitely rooting for Timmy!
This actor is truly exceptional – he’s the first since Marlon Brando to be nominated for three acting awards, making him fantastic company to be around.
By the time he was the same age, Marlon Brando had already received three Academy Award nominations for his roles in the films A Streetcar Named Desire (1951), Viva Zapata! (1952), and Julius Caesar (1953).
Timothée Chalamet was nominated for an Academy Award for the first time for his role in the 2017 film Call Me By Your Name, and he received a second nomination last year for A Complete Unknown.
