Kylie Jenner is dubbed ‘King AutoTune’ as fans savage her ‘awful’ new song after music debut

Kylie Jenner made her first appearance as a musical artist on Monday night, collaborating with the band Terror Jr (Lisa Vitale and David Singer-Vine) on their song ‘Fourth Strike’.

Kylie Jenner, 28, brought back her old nickname, ‘King Kylie,’ to celebrate the song’s release. As part of this, she created official accounts on Spotify and Apple Music using that name, which she first became known as in 2014.

But Kylie only sings on the bridge of the song, which she punctuated by whispering: ‘King Kylie.’

‘One strike, two strike, let me get the mood right,’ Jenner sang.

I’m truly sorry. I want you to hold me, tell me I’m yours, and leave your mark on me. I’m willing to take risks, even if it means repeating mistakes, just to see what happens. I might even push the boundaries on purpose to find out how things will play out.

Many people weren’t fans of the Calabasas socialite’s singing voice, with one X user, @stargirlhoursx2, tweeting that it was ’embarrassing’ and heavily reliant on AutoTune.

‘Jesus it’s awful,’ X user @_Cloaked scoffed.

Twitter user @Aztes13 shared a GIF of Dua Lipa looking skeptical, with the caption: ‘Yass girl, give us nothing!’

‘I think you’re out after 3,’ X user @BearLovesKer wrote referring to the song’s title.

X user @windmaker329 tweeted a gif of a woman closing her door captioned: ‘She can keep it.’

‘No one asked for this,’ X user @phobicgay tweeted.

Someone on X, @josebastiant2, commented that Addison Rae was becoming a major pop star, and another artist quickly rushed to a recording studio in response.

Fourth Strike follows up on Terror Jr’s first song, 3 Strikes, which was previously used in an ad campaign for Kylie Cosmetics lip gloss.

Jenner recently revealed that a decade ago, there was talk that she was the vocalist on the song ‘3 Strikes’. The social media personality, who has 567.5 million followers, shared this information on Monday.

Timothée Chalamet’s girlfriend also thanked songwriter JBACH, Capitol Records’ Carter Gregory, music producer Bart Schoudel, and makeup artist Ariel Tejada for their support and affection.
