Kylie Jenner was having fun with friends on Wednesday evening which she documented on social media.

In a stylish, low-cut black Khy top with a middle tie and matching low-rise leggings, the 27-year-old beauty business owner showcased her ample cleavage and well-toned abdomen.

In a more casual tone, the woman from Calabasas was enjoying red wine from long-stemmed glasses, accompanied by her group, while they dined out together.

This summer, the mother of Stormi and Aire appears to be spending more time with her female friends while focusing on expanding her businesses, Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin (Ky).

A full month has passed since the sultry model was last snapped with her leading man, Timothée Chalamet, in Hollywood.

That is when they were seen side-by-side in St Tropez in France during a yacht vacation.

Turns out Chalamet has been filming his next project, Dune: Messiah, in Prague. 

In early July Jenner started following Chalamet on Instagram.

The businesswoman has a staggering 393 million followers on the photo-sharing platform, yet she carefully selects whom to follow, with merely 119 accounts being approved.

However, one of those is now her boyfriend of two years.

Enthusiasts of the duo, known as TyMothée (their most favored ship name), are now in an excited state following the news that Kylie has expanded her inner circle to include the actor from A Complete Unknown.

However, at the time of writing, the follow is yet to be reciprocated.

This 29-year-old acting starboasts a massive following of nearly 19.7 million on Instagram, yet they’ve posted just 147 times – significantly fewer than Kylie’s impressive total of over 7,000 posts.

But the Kardashians star shouldn’t feel snubbed because he doesn’t follow anybody on Instagram.

In addition to his former girlfriend, Eiza Gonzalez, it’s worth mentioning that she has openly expressed being captivated by his current relationship with Kylie.

In a chat for Cosmopolitan magazine’s digital series Cheap Shots, Eiza shared her feelings: “They’re adorable as a couple! They seem deeply in love, and I can’t get enough of their cuteness. I’m smitten with them, and I really like Timmy.

She remarked about the Dune star, saying, ‘I believe he’s incredibly gifted and genuinely lovely – he’s one of the kindest boys I know, and it brings me immense joy to witness his success and prosperity in his career. We’re simply fond friends.’

Since April 2023, Timothée Chalamet has been in a romantic relationship with Kylie, who is the mother of Stormi (7 years old) and Aire (3 years old), both of whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend Travis Scott. Notably, this relationship has earned approval from Timothée’s mother, Nicole Flender.

The real estate agent told Curbed: ‘I have to say she’s lovely. She’s very nice to me.’

After posting a seldom glimpse into her mother Kris’s estimated $20 million residence in Hidden Hills, California, that’s where this happens.

Last weekend, the woman with dark hair shared on her Instagram Stories that she was spending a night at a spacious house, despite living nearby and could have easily walked there.

Some standout moments from the visit included enjoying vodka cocktails on the patio, followed by a dining experience outdoors on fine china, with a stunning view of the pool as a backdrop.

Nearby, a silver cup brimming with slim cigarettes was positioned, along with a glitzy black lighter bearing a ‘K’ emblem and a small ashtray featuring a slightly disgruntled figure of a woman smoking.

Or, more casually:
Next to the bedazzled black lighter with a ‘K’, there was a silver cup holding thin cigarettes, an ashtray adorned with a grumpy-looking smoker lady, and that’s where she seemed to be puffing away.

This comes after the momager debuted the home on The Kardashians.

In the year 2021, both Khloe and Kris constructed their residences side by side within the preferred neighborhood of Hidden Hills, a place favored by the Kardashian-Jenners.

On that very Christmas-eve, they bought the plots from Metro Development Homes, which they intended to use for constructing their ideal personal residence.

Initially, Britney Spears rented this property. In 2012, it was purchased by a local developer for $7 million and subsequently demolished. For several years following, the land remained empty until eventually it was transferred to Metro Development.

Although the prices for real estate in Hidden Hills are quite high, a sale of $22.3 million in June 2019 surpassed the previous record for the area.
