A worker at a hotel reportedly contacted the police in an emergency, asking for assistance with a guest who was heavily intoxicated, as per recordings linked to the incident obtained from the Buenos Aires security department.
The worker stated that when he’s awake, he’s causing chaos by wrecking the whole room, so we urgently need you to dispatch someone.
According to the emergency medical services director, Alberto Crescenti, Liam fell from a height of three stories and sustained extremely severe injuries in an internal courtyard.
‘We verified his identity using the passport he had,’ he said.
According to Mr. Crescenti, it appeared as if the player had a skull base fracture, which was observed by the team. (or) Mr. Crescenti informed Argentine newspaper Clarin that the team discovered what seemed to be a skull base fracture in the player.
His body was transported to a local morgue where a post-mortem examination will be carried out.
