Kyle and Jackie O star ties the knot with boyfriend in Vegas alongside radio colleagues one week after announcing engagement

As an ardent fan of the Kyle and Jackie O Show, I must say that I was utterly captivated by the heartwarming wedding of Newsreader Brooklyn Ross and his partner Damien Dirienzo. The fact that they chose to tie the knot live on air, with their dear friends Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O Henderson present, added an extra dash of excitement to the proceedings.

A Kyle and Jackie O star has tied the knot with their partner of five years live on air.

Brooklyn Ross, longtime employee at KIIS FM, recently tied the knot with his partner Damien Dirienzo at a 24-hour wedding venue in the vibrant city of Las Vegas after ten years together.

At the wedding, both Jackie O Henderson and Kyle Sandilands attended, capturing the events live for their morning program.

Kyle, 53, walked Brooklyn down the aisle, while Jackie, 49, walked Damien.

They exchanged vows at a Las Vegas location, with Elvis Presley look-alike officiating their wedding ceremony.

Over the past week, The Kyle and Jackie O Show have been airing their program live from the United States, where they’ve also been enjoying themselves at the iHeartRadio Festival.

Prior to departing, Brooklyn shared the story behind his proposal plans for Damien, explaining that initially, he intended to pop the question during a radio broadcast.

Initially, I had planned to perform the action here live, but then Jackie asked, “Are you absolutely certain about doing it here? Isn’t there a more romantic setting for it?” So I replied.

“In the end, I opted to cook a meal at home myself. It was the same dish I prepared for him on his very first visit – a creative salmon and fennel combination.

‘I had a little spread and red roses and candles and it was just such a perfect night.

Next, I led him out onto our balcony, and in my thoughts, I pondered over the right words to use. However, as the moment unfolded, I found myself asking, “Would you like to get married to me?” instead.

Kyle and Jackie found the proposal to be quite charming, then proceeded to show a video of the joyous incident.

Onlookers observed as Damien stepped into his shared residence with Brooklyn, noticing the intimate dinner scene he had prepared.

He seemed taken aback, saying, “This is surprising!”, and Brooklyn replied with a smile, “It’s just a small unexpected dinner.

Geez, I’m nearly heartbroken. What made you do this?” was what Damien said, oblivious to the upcoming proposition.

‘Because I have a question to ask you,’ Brooklyn confessed.

Damien started to understand the situation, exclaiming, “Hold on a second. Wow, check out all these cameras. This is just… unexpected.

In a heartfelt manner, Brooklyn softly expressed, “I have an important question to ask before our journey begins… would you consider becoming my partner for life by saying yes to marriage?” And with that, he gently knelt down.

‘Yes. Oh my god. Yes!’ Damien responded.
