Despite the buzz surrounding the supposed ‘marital issues’ speculation, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis appeared unfazed, choosing instead to jet off to Rome for a peaceful family vacation.

The well-known pair from Hollywood, who had been surrounded by rumors of divorce due to Ashton’s connection with disgraced rapper Diddy, were seen in Rome on Saturday along with their two children—10-year-old Wyatt and 8-year-old Dmitri.

The family basked in the allure of the city, capturing memories on its cobbled paths, much like enthusiastic travelers do, and later enjoyed a meal at a warm, inviting Italian restaurant.

Afterward, they strolled around the old town area, dropping some change into the renowned Trevi Fountain and then admiring the magnificence of the Pantheon in awe.

At one point, Ashton and Mila even shared a kiss, shutting down the gossip with a romantic display.

After a flurry of gossip starting in September, sparked by whispers that they had separated due to Diddy’s arrest on federal sex trafficking allegations, the public outing in Rome took place.

Instead, the talk was quickly discarded as ‘absurd and untrue’, further solidifying their strong bond, as the charming photos from their Italian getaway testified.

During a 2019 Hot Ones interview, Kutcher acknowledged that there’s much he can’t reveal about Combs’ well-known events.

He characterized the occurrences as ‘quite strange,’ reminding us that their initial encounter was back in 2003 when he was hosting the show Punk’d and met Diddy for the first time.

At that point, we had quickly grown to be good pals, and we’d often spend our time together watching football – he’s always a winner in those games,’ Ashton mentioned then.

Currently aged 55, Combs continues to be incarcerated in New York City, with his requests for bail being rejected on three separate occasions. He’s under investigation for a series of lawsuits that accuse him of crimes such as rape, abuse, and violence against adults and minors alike. However, he has consistently maintained his innocence regarding these allegations.

In response to fresh videos and increased questioning, a source shared with PEOPLE that Kutcher is not connected to any of the accusations made against Diddy. The source emphasized that Kutcher should not be part of the discussions about Diddy.

After several weeks from the arrest, a source disclosed to DailyMail.com that Kutcher holds deep remorse for his past camaraderie with Combs.

According to the source, Ashton now deeply regrets having been friends with Diddy, given the recent events.

‘He feels lied to, betrayed, taken for granted, and manipulated.’

The source additionally stated that Kutcher has become more selective with whom he trusts, confiding mainly in Mila. Similarly, he maintains a similar level of trust towards Danny Masterson.

Adding to his concerns, the source alleged that Ashton fears how the case could unfold. 

At this juncture, Diddy has the ability to speak or act freely, and there’s a concern that he might fabricate accusations against others to defend himself. Those around him are apprehensive about this potential scenario.

However, a separate source told TMZ that Kutcher is not under federal investigation.
