On Monday morning, as reported by TMZ, a 41-year-old ex-Chicago Bears quarterback finalized the sale of his expansive 10,000-square-foot property for $7.9 million in a cash-only transaction.
Nevertheless, following a significant reduction, the house was priced at over $3 million – it had initially been valued at $11 million and listed in March 2023.
Despite some unfavorable developments, there’s good news too: The 37-year-old reality star is still seeing a profit since he bought the property on 10 acres of land for $4.23 million back in June 2018.
They later expanded the estate by buying an additional 35 acres of land for $1.2million.

Jay and Kristen were married from 2013 to April 2020 with their divorce finalizing in June 2022.
