Kristin Cavallari shared on Sunday that she’d been without power for hours due to a winter storm sweeping across the U.S., suggesting she was facing a cold night.
The reality star, 39, posted videos on Instagram showing her walking through snow and mud on her driveway at her Tennessee home near Nashville.

She wrote in the caption that the power was out all day and the temperature was dropping rapidly, turning everything icy. 🥶
She worried the driveway would be completely covered in ice, saying so in a video as she paused to stomp her feet and break up the thin layer already forming.
Cavallari started laughing in another video, where she nearly stumbled while following her 10-year-old daughter, Saylor.
Oh my gosh, I can’t even! She was totally losing control, laughing as she tried to ski down our crazy driveway – it’s so steep and winds right through all the trees! It was hilarious, but also a little scary, honestly!
The actress from The Hills also shared that she had no electricity and couldn’t easily leave or receive visitors because a large tree branch blocked her driveway.

As a lifestyle expert, I always tell people to be mindful of their surroundings, and this morning was a perfect example! There was a really icy branch hanging low, practically daring someone to drive underneath it and get a nasty scratch on their car. And to make matters worse, a good-sized branch had already fallen onto the road, posing a real threat to anyone’s car’s undercarriage. It was a recipe for damage, honestly!

Kristin finished sharing updates about the winter storm with a quick look around her house, knowing night and freezing temperatures were quickly approaching.
She posted that she’s preparing for the end of the day and is grateful for all the candles she has from Uncommon James. She added a laughing emoji.
