Kristin referring to her daughter as a potential future CEO stems from her announcement that Saylor desires to manage her Uncommon James jewelry brand in the future.

The TV star shares Saylor and sons Jaxon, 10, and Camden, 12, with ex-husband Jay Cutler.

Recently, a charming photograph was posted, which followed another picture she had previously shared; this time it depicted them creating items for the celebrity’s jewelry collection.

It was disclosed in April that Saylor has aspirations to assume control over Uncommon James at a later age, once she grows up, as shared by Kristin.

Word has spread everywhere, I believe the entire school is aware of it now. You see, when she first revealed it, she invited all her close friends over for a gathering. Each of them received a piece from her collection as a gift.

It’s been quite enjoyable for me to witness her enthusiasm and to participate in this with her. She harbors ambitions to eventually run Uncommon James, and truthfully, I believe she might succeed given how passionate she is at just nine years old. This is what she shared.

Lately, the media figure has started posting images of her kids more often on social platforms, having previously kept their faces concealed for privacy reasons.

Previously, she gave a peek into another moment featuring Saylor while they were both busy making a delicious strawberry dish in the kitchen of their home in Tennessee, which belongs to the star.

On a cutting board, Cavallari’s daughter was meticulously cutting ripe strawberries with a knife. Meanwhile, in the background, Kristin’s voice was heard exclaiming, “Look at my little assistant! Dicing them right up!

In 2017, Kristin initiated her jewelry company, Uncommon James, and since then, she along with her daughter have been working on creating a children’s jewelry collection named “Saylor’s Summer Break.

According to their official site, the description features a variety of necklaces, earrings, and a colorful beaded bracelet, which add a fun and vibrant touch to one’s appearance.

The cost for these items varies between $18 and $22, featuring unique pieces like flamingo-stud earrings and a gold-chain, wavy necklace.

During the unveiling of the company, Cavallari shared some insights with PeopleStyle regarding the origin of the brand name while acknowledging her former spouse, Jay Cutler.

My daughter’s middle name is James, which is the same as my brother’s. Despite it being less common, I find it particularly fitting for a girl.

Initially, she planned to call the brand “James,” but realized it couldn’t be patented. Later, “Jay” suggested “Uncommon,” which she adored. Therefore, she acknowledges that she owes a debt of gratitude to him for coming up with the name.

Regarding the brand, the actress shared her desire for it to be deeply personal and authentic, reflecting her unique style, and she aimed to have significant involvement in its creation.

I felt compelled to be involved in all aspects of the business, so I was thrilled at the prospect of starting my own. It’s incredibly exhilarating for me because it’s my venture.

Last week, Kristin revealed the new custody arrangement with Jay. 

Kristin shared on her Let’s Be Honest podcast that she took care of her children full-time for a period, but now only has them during the week, with alternating weekends off.

Adding: ‘I’m not gonna get into the reasoning or the legality of it.’ 

From 2013 up until their separation in April 2020, she was hitched to the ex-footballer, Jay Cutler. They officially ended their marriage in June 2022 after a two-year legal process.

In August of 2022, during an episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, Kristin described her past relationship as ‘toxic.’ She admitted that she overlooked warning signs when she initially ended their engagement in July 2011, only to reconcile five months later and get married.
