Kristin Cavallari got real about the ‘really sad’ state of her sex life. 

Since parting ways with Mark Estes last year, the former Laguna Beach star, now 38, has focused on prioritizing herself over her romantic relationships.

However, during her latest podcast episode titled “Let’s Be Honest,” Kristin appeared a bit embarrassed to disclose that her romantic experiences have fallen short recently.

Kristin, once wedded to retired NFL player Jay Cutler, shared that she hasn’t found much interest in dating again because of her close bond with her best friend, Justin Anderson.

In my own words, I must admit that I find a great deal of value in my relationship with Justin. Surprisingly enough, it seems that this partnership has fulfilled many aspects I might have initially sought in a romantic relationship. Consequently, I haven’t felt the urge to commit or demand efforts from another man because Justin already provides what I would normally expect from a significant other.

She stated, “Besides sexual intimacy, which we’re not delving into as it’s unfortunate when it’s absent.

She mentioned that she hasn’t had a romantic partner this year. However, she recently went on a date that turned out to be fantastic, marking her return to the dating scene after some time.

Kristin said it ‘felt good’ to meet the potential suitor. 

Well, I guess you could say I’ve dipped my toes back into the dating pool recently, though I wouldn’t exactly call it a full plunge. I had one date, and it was quite enjoyable – there was an excitement that I hadn’t felt in a while. To put it mildly, it was refreshing.

‘I’ve needed this year to kind of just focus on myself,’ she said.  

Last year, I found myself parting ways with TikTok sensation Mark Estes, who’s only 25, following a seven-month journey that captured the attention of many due to our significant age difference of thirteen years.

From 2013 through 2022, the woman behind Uncommon James was in marriage with Jay Cutler. Together, they are proud parents of three kids.

Last month Kristin described the type of man she’d like to date next on an episode of her podcast.

The former MTV personality chatted all things dating with matchmaker Patti Stanger.

The group of women were chatting about NFL players when Cavallari abruptly suggested an intriguing thought: “Perhaps we could use a coach-like figure.

Kristin said she’s ‘too old for athletes now.’

She then asked rhetorically: ‘Where are the hot coaches?’

She exclaimed that some of them were quite warm to the touch. Upon seeing a picture, you might find yourself questioning, ‘Who is that handsome man?’

Patti agreed, ‘They’re always in their 40s and really sexy, and they have scruff and nice hair.’

Weighing the downside, Kristin added, ‘The problem is they work a lot.’

The attractive woman casually shared that she has met several coaches on the private dating platform Raya, hinting that she might resume swiping through profiles.
