Kristin Cavallari flashes her abs as she arrives in Los Angeles… after admitting she was ‘terrified’ of her dad

Upon touching down in LA on a chilly Friday, I found myself reflecting deeply after an intense round of interviews that left me feeling somewhat subdued.

Heidi Montag, aged 38, who had been showcasing her toned physique during a getaway in Greece, appeared calm and unhurried as she strolled through Los Angeles International Airport.

Instead, she opted for a more casual, understated look, donning a black crop top, worn-out low-rise jeans, and a sleek black leather jacket.

In a casual yet stylish look, the actress from “The League” donned a black-brimmed Los Angeles Dodgers cap atop her golden hair, neatly tied back in a ponytail. Her face seemed to sport a subtle, makeup ensemble hidden behind dark shades.

In a recent episode of her podcast, ‘Let’s Be Honest,’ the actress known for her role as Wild Cherry, shared insights about her strained relationship with her father, Dennis, revealing some underlying causes.

She revealed that although her father told her to be honest with him, she never felt she could be.

She confessed to the gathering that she hadn’t been entirely truthful with him, and because she was fearful of her father, she avoided telling lies and consequently didn’t face any repercussions for being honest instead.

She shared that her father often filled her with an overwhelming fear. To put it bluntly, she would much rather avoid him altogether. He consistently left her feeling uneasy.

She mentioned that under normal circumstances, she would have attempted that approach with her mother, Judith Spies Eifrig. However, due to her intense fear, she never had the chance to do so with her father, as he seemed to constantly judge her, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.

In the eighth grade, Cavallari moved from her mother’s house in the Chicago suburbs to live with her father, following her discovery of underage drinking, marijuana use, and unauthorized nighttime exits.

In eighth grade, I was brought home by the police. It was pretty much just your standard situation – skipping school, as you might imagine, she shared during an interview on Bunnie Xo’s Dumb Blonde podcast in December.

As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but confess that I was irresistibly captivated by “that group of kids” due to my own personal history of enduring profound traumas.

In my journey, I discovered solace in substance abuse and relationships, particularly with my partner. At home, I felt disconnected, but surprisingly, I found a sense of belonging with him and through our circle of friends.

She has refereed to Dennis as a ‘typical narcissist.’

In 2023, the influencer severed relationships with her father following an incident where he hurt one of her children emotionally, without showing any remorse or taking responsibility for his actions.

In the June episode of the “Boyfriend Material” podcast, she stated that it was one of her most satisfying choices she’s ever made.

On her personal podcast, Cavallari expressed that she completely comprehends why she made the choices she did, and she has no regret whatsoever about them.

She shared that she is genuinely grateful for her past, her childhood, her parents, and all that comes with it. This journey has led her to the contented and serene place she finds herself in today. She isn’t certain she would have reached this point without her past experiences.

Cavallari, mother of Camden (13), Jaxon (11), and Saylor (9) – both hers and her former husband Jay Cutler’s children – stated that she often asks them about their activities to keep updated on their lives.

‘I tell my kids, honesty is the most important thing to me,’ she said.
