Kim Kardashian stood out at the French premiere of her new legal drama, All’s Fair, because she wasn’t wearing her usual large sunglasses and didn’t try to hide her face.

The 69-year-old woman, known for managing her children’s careers, didn’t have a chance to edit the photo because it was taken by a photography agency she doesn’t work with.

People on Reddit were surprised to see an unedited photo, with one commenter saying, ‘This is what Kris actually looks like, without all the filters and editing,’ and another simply writing, ‘Exposed!’

Someone commented that while the cosmetic surgery might have made her look a little younger, she’s still an elderly woman and will continue to age – no procedure can truly stop the natural aging process.

Kris recently shared that she and her plastic surgeon, Dr. Steven Levine, created a special ‘code word’ friends can use if they want to schedule an appointment with him.

But the revelation has reportedly opened up a whole new can of worms for Levine’s practice.

Radar Online says the office has been overwhelmed with people trying to guess the password, causing them to take significant steps to manage their phone lines.

It’s been complete mayhem. We’ve received calls from people falsely claiming to be members of her team – assistants, stylists, relatives, and even someone pretending to be her dog walker, according to a source.

A source at the clinic said they’re dealing with a lot of calls from people trying to figure out a secret code. They’ve had to redirect calls and carefully review each new request to manage the situation.

Kris made the code revelation on last week’s episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast.

Levine didn’t seem to enjoy being the center of attention, but he proposed using a password system so Kris could easily share his services with her friends.

I actually had a really important conversation with him recently. I told him, ‘Look, I truly want you to get the recognition you deserve for this. I know you’re not one to seek it out – you’re not really into social media or putting yourself ‘out there’ – but your contribution really matters, and I want people to know it came from you.’ It’s about giving credit where it’s due, even when someone doesn’t actively ask for it.

You’re incredibly busy – the busiest professional I know – and you genuinely don’t seek the spotlight. I especially appreciated that he wasn’t one to crave attention.

I was trying to get permission to share who my client was, and he had a clever idea. He suggested we create a secret password. That way, if anyone ever called claiming to be connected to them – like, ‘I’m a friend of Kris Jenner and need a consultation’ – they’d have to know the password first. It was a great way to maintain confidentiality and ensure we were speaking directly to the right person.

Due to her success, she reported receiving calls for both herself and Levine from people falsely claiming to be patients, hoping to schedule consultations with her surgeon.

They’ve called so many times from his office, saying someone named Julie Monopoly is on the line and claims to be my close friend.

I said I didn’t recognize the name, so it’s clear others have attempted to gain access as well, she explained.

She added: ‘So if you know me, you know what the password is.’

Kris shared that she wanted to be honest with her fans about having surgery, hoping to encourage others who might be nervous about it.

She explained that speaking openly about her own surgeries is her way of encouraging others to feel comfortable with getting procedures they need, whether for medical reasons or to improve their self-esteem.

‘And don’t be afraid of it,’ she added. ‘And fear is not your friend.’
