Kris Jenner Lists Iconic KUWTK Home for $13.5M—A Nostalgic Farewell!

Kris Jenner is selling her family home. 

The matriarch of the Kardashian clan has chosen to bid adieu to the grand mansion that served as the backdrop for her family’s worldwide introduction during their popular reality series, Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

69-year-old television personality, known for his reality shows, who is said to have invested millions in refurbishing the spacious dwelling, expressed to The New York Times, “I’ve created countless treasured moments within these walls with my loved ones. I look forward to witnessing fresh memories being made as this remarkable house embarks on a new journey with its future owners.

This expansive 8,860-square-foot estate is currently up for sale at a price tag of $13.5 million. You can find it nestled in the exclusive neighborhood of Hidden Hills. The property boasts six luxurious en suite bedrooms and an additional two bathrooms.

The main area offers a relaxing spa-type ambiance featuring a steam room and bathtub combination, a personal fitness center, and a balcony that provides stunning views of the estate.

Over the course of its 14-year broadcast (from 2007 to 2021), the well-known mansion served as the backdrop for many scenes on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

The suite also includes a wet bar and a fireplace.   

In the kitchen, the meals can be prepared on a black La Cornue French range.

The butler’s pantry includes a  personal frozen yogurt machine. 

Outside, the home includes perfectly manicured landscaping.

The pool area is inviting with a water fall at one end and a whirlpool at the other. 

You will find an open-air BBQ and dining space, large enough for your entire family as well as several guests to enjoy together.

The outdoor seating area includes a fireplace for cool evenings. 

Following her divorce with ex-spouse Caitlyn Jenner, at age 73, Kris chose to transfer the property into a family trust, as reported by The New York Times.

Prior to putting the house on sale, the momager engaged celebrity designer Ryan Saghian to swap out most of the existing furniture, add custom lighting fixtures, and create unique pieces of art.

The house is vacant right now, but it’s fully equipped with furniture, and the purchase price is set at $400,000.

Jenner bought the property for $4 million in 2010, according to property records.

Currently, the prestigious real estate company Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California is managing the sale of the mansion, with Tomer Fridman being the designated representative.

In 2021, Jenner appeared to be saying goodbye with warmth to her time on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, as she felt a sense of nostalgia for her old home – the well-known Hidden Hills mansion, where much of the reality show was initially filmed.

In a video recently shared by E!, the matriarch was seen having breakfast with a few of her daughters prior to the series finale in June.

The mother of six told Khloe, as she cooked bacon for them, ‘I really enjoy being here, this place feels like home to me.’

She mentioned that she is very familiar with every hidden corner, every sound, and every squeak of each step in the place. It has black and white checkered floors, white countertops, and a La Cornue stove.

Various flashback scenes were shown, among them was the extravagant Roaring Twenties-themed party arranged by Kris’ daughters to celebrate her 60th birthday.

Kris was overheard telling her daughter, Kim, “I understand that the door swings open and shut during the night, and this place feels like my headquarters. I’m comfortable here.

Indeed, there’s been quite a bit happening, particularly in the kitchen,” commented Kim, as old clips rolled by showing her in the kitchen during one of her pregnancies.

To fans, the house stood out immediately due to its distinctive checkerboard floors, a feature that was put in place by the interior designer Jeff Andrews, as reported by People magazine.

Jenner has since moved to a lavish $20 million home in Calabasas.
