KRAFTON has quietly released a new cricket game called Cricket All Stars in India for Android. This launch happened without a big announcement, but it shows KRAFTON is increasingly concentrating on cricket games and projects specifically for the Indian market.

Compared to games like Real Cricket that try to realistically simulate the sport, Cricket All Stars offers a quicker, more streamlined arcade-style gameplay experience. It features officially licensed teams from the IPL, such as the Kolkata Knight Riders and Lucknow Super Giants, with authentic player appearances and uniforms.

Cricket All Stars comes with multiplayer, Test, World Cup, and quick-play cricket modes

The game’s graphics are made to feel like a real, live TV broadcast of a major sporting event. Everything from the stadium lights and camera work to the fireworks, lasers, and on-screen displays contributes to that exciting, big-game feel. KRAFTON promises smooth gameplay at 60 frames per second, and early looks at the batting animations suggest it delivers – I’ll share my first impressions soon.

The game is easy to control, with helpful tips for batting. You can play in a variety of modes, including quick games, friendly matches, longer Test Matches, the Indian Pro T20 League, and a 20-Over World Cup. It also features real-time multiplayer, team management, and a progression system called the Champion Pass.

Last November, KRAFTON announced during its earnings call that it was developing several cricket games designed specifically for players in India.

The company previously announced it was working on two cricket games and intended to release at least three games specifically for the Indian market by 2026. Cricket All Stars appears to be the first significant move towards achieving that goal.

This new game is KRAFTON’s second cricket title, building on the success of the Real Cricket series. KRAFTON India took over publishing and promotion of Real Cricket after investing in the game’s developer, Nautilus Mobile, last December.

The company previously showed they were interested in cricket, not just Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), and the new Cricket All Stars game confirms those plans. Currently, Cricket All Stars is only available as a limited release on Android devices in India through the Google Play Store.
