Kourtney Kardashian shares rare glimpse inside life with of son Rocky after major parenting U-turn

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that Kourtney Kardashian‘s recent decision to keep her youngest child Rocky out of the public eye is a refreshing change and a testament to her evolved parenting approach. Having witnessed the ups and downs of celebrity parenthood firsthand, I can appreciate the importance of giving children a chance at a normal life away from the glare of the spotlight.

On Monday, Kourtney Kardashian offered fans an uncommon peek into her daily routine with her charming son, Rocky Thirteen.

45-year-old entrepreneur behind POOSH, who just looked stunning in a Skims commercial together with sister Kim Kardashian, posted a sweet series of photos on Instagram, showcasing her youngest child with spouse Travis Barker.

In all the frames, her son’s face is hidden. Her decision to keep her youngest child’s face out of the spotlight marks a major parenting shift, given her older three children were thrust in front of TV cameras from the moment they were born.  

Among the adorable scenes, we find a moment where little Rocky conceals himself behind a book from the Inside Out 2 series, all while sporting his pajamas comfortably on the floor, reveling in pure toddler joy.

Here’s another image capturing Kourtney lovingly holding her child while enjoying a peaceful walk on the beach, demonstrating that not even a Kardashian is immune to needing a tranquil break to breathe in some invigorating sea breeze.

Additionally, you’ll find a few family photos scattered throughout the post, one of which is dedicated to Kris Jenner, Kourtney’s mother and matriarch, as a birthday tribute for her recent 69th celebration.

In the latest photo shared, Kourtney’s Tesla can be seen sporting a ‘Kravis’ license plate. The accompanying caption reads, ‘Everything feels romantic.’ (or simply, ‘Everything is romantic and cute.’)

Apart from Rocky, Kourtney also mothers three children – Mason (who turns 14 this year), Penelope (age 12) and Reign (aged 9). These kids are shared with her former partner, Scott Disick.

Apart from being his wife, she’s also a stepmother figure to Travis Barker’s children, Landon (aged 20) and Alabama (aged 18), who are from his past marriage with Shanna Moakler.

Kourt also shares a close relationship with his stepdaughter, Atiana De La Hoya, 25. 

Kourtney and Travis welcomed Rocky Thirteen Barker on November 1, 2023.

They tied the knot in Italy in 2022 after a year-long courtship and a years-long friendship.

After several failed IVF attempts, the Lemme founder and music artist conceived naturally.

A portion of their path to parenthood as a duo was chronicled on the Hulu reality show, “The Kardashians.

They haven’t revealed their son’s face openly yet; they’ve been sharing pictures that hint at the back of his head instead.

During an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Travis mentioned: ‘Regrettably, someone managed to capture his image, however, we prefer to maintain his privacy and avoid bringing attention to him.’

The rock star acknowledges that he regrets not keeping his elder children away from the limelight, stating, “Given a chance to relive the past, I would have handled things similarly with my older children.

In the most recent installment of the hit series, I, as a devoted admirer, found out that the eldest member of the Kardashian-Jenner family expressed her desire to become a full-time mother at home.

Additionally, she shared with the audience that she found herself immersed in a state of pure joy and newborn bliss. At present, she is cherishing her time at home, taking strolls, and indulging in comfort of pajamas alongside her baby.
