Klay Thompson strongly reacted after a former NBA player used offensive language about Megan Thee Stallion, the girlfriend of Dallas Mavericks star, during a recent podcast appearance.
Jason Williams, a former NBA champion, talked with his co-hosts—Patrick Beverley, another ex-NBA player, and Rone from Barstool Sports—about Klay Thompson’s difficulties shooting this season on their show, “Hoopin’ N Hollerin’.”
Klay Thompson is a 35-year-old veteran in his 13th NBA season, and a four-time NBA champion with the Golden State Warriors. He’s returning to form after missing over two seasons between 2019 and 2021 due to serious knee and Achilles tendon injuries.

I’m not saying Klay Thompson is dating Megan Thee Stallion, but it seems possible. I’m not criticizing Megan – she seems like a wonderful person and could be a good match for him personally. However, I’m not sure if that relationship is helping his basketball performance right now.

Thompson expressed strong disapproval of someone calling his girlfriend a derogatory name, calling it ‘disgusting and disturbing.’ He was particularly upset that the comment came from a former NBA player, and questioned how people would react if their own wives were spoken about in such a disrespectful manner.
