Most people are likely familiar with My Hero Academia (MHA) by now. It became so popular that fans predicted it would become one of the next major anime franchises – the “Big Three.” Based on Kohei Horikoshi’s incredibly successful manga, the series has sold over 100 million copies worldwide, and with the franchise still extremely popular, the timing for this game feels perfect.

Details are still scarce, but there is faith in KLab’s experience

Now that the last season is about to air, this news couldn’t have come at a better moment. I’ve been a fan for a long time, though I admit I haven’t always finished watching every episode, and I’m really excited to see beloved characters like Deku, Bakugo, and all their friends brought to life with great visuals and their unique abilities.

We don’t have many specifics just yet, but the developers say progress is going well. They haven’t even announced the official name of the game, but given the studio’s history with successful titles like Bleach: Brave Souls and HAIKYU!! FLY HIGH, I’m expecting great things.

Okay, so unfortunately players in mainland China won’t be able to play this one, which is a bummer. But the game is planned for a worldwide release otherwise! The developers said they’ll share more info soon, so I’ll be keeping an eye out and will let you know when I hear something new.
