Kirsty Gallacher’s Sweet Radio Show Surprise with Ex-Rugby Beau Darren Clayton
Kirsty Gallacher posted adorable photos featuring her former rugby player partner, Darren Clayton, during a visit to his workplace.
For approximately one year and five months, the well-known television personality, who is now 49 years old, and the former rugby player, aged 38, have been a couple. They were introduced by their common friends, Gabby and Kenny Logan.
On Tuesday, Kirsty posted pictures showing Darren with her at the Global studios, where she presents the Gold Radio evening program.
Kirsty labeled her photos as “Bring Your Boyfriend to Work Day!” with the pair happily posing together in the pictures.
However, Gabby, the host of The Sports Agents on Gold Radio’s podcast, didn’t hesitate to throw in a playful remark regarding the photographs.
Gabby commented, “Darren seems to be styling your ponytail.” She added, “It’s a beautiful picture, by the way!” This made Kirsty laugh.

‘Pulling not putting! If only I’d worn my glasses’ Gabby added, to which Kirsty replied: ‘Haha.’
It’s common knowledge that Kirsty has developed feelings for Darren, who is both a successful businessman and an athlete, since their initial encounter at a charity event where they met.
Last month, Kirsty contemplated the future, acknowledging that despite not expecting to remarry after her separation from Paul Sampson, there’s a possibility she might walk down the aisle again.
Previously at GB News, the host expressed to The Sun: “We often discuss getting married. Interestingly, he seems more enthusiastic about the concept of marriage than I do. I tend to think more along the lines of: ‘Is it really necessary?’
To him, expressing their union is crucial and saying the words feels significant. I responded: “We can certainly utter those words, but is performing a formal marriage ceremony necessary as well?
She went on to say: “I find engagements incredibly romantic, and that’s all I need. It symbolizes ‘I want to spend eternity with you’, which is more than sufficient for me.
In fact, Kirsty openly expressed her agreement with the concept and confessed that if Darren desired to marry, she would be on board with it.
Last year during their one-year anniversary celebration, Kirsty disclosed that they enjoyed the restaurant’s £33 fish pie and a shared £17 cheese platter.

Following a toast from a champagne flute, they savored a glass of red wine later on, capturing moments of their evening escapade through a collection of social media posts.
Kirsty sported an elegant appearance in a sleek black turtleneck sweater, tied her dark mane neatly into a ponytail, and adorned herself with stylish makeup to elevate her look.
In the meantime, fashionable Darren matched his girlfriend’s gaze by wearing a black sweater and jeans for the special event, too.
Accompanying these photos, Kirsty shared: ‘Cherishing a fantastic year together, thanks to @clayton.darren for your endless support to me and the boys. We adore you.’
‘Check out these pics! It’s been an awesome year with you, @clayton.darren! Thanks for everything you do for us boys, we couldn’t have done it without you!’
Thank you for hosting us at Langan’s Brasserie; every time is a wonderful and refined experience that we eagerly look forward to repeating!
While they were spending time with each other, the pair took a lovely trip to Devon, a place that happens to be where Darren’s parents reside, for a romantic vacation.
Darren serves as a flanker for the Surrey club, Esher, and at present, he co-runs the sports events company Zeus alongside ex-England rugby team captain Chris Robshaw, who is now 38 years old.
Kirsty is the mom of her two boys, Oscar (age 18) and Jude (age 14). She has shared these children with her former partner, Paul Sampson (aged 47).

In 2015, after a 15-year relationship, the radio personality (who happens to be Bernard Gallacher’s daughter, a renowned figure in Scottish golf) parted ways with her previous rugby player partner.
Previously, Kirsty has had romantic connections with boxer Johnny Nelson (age 58), actor Laurence Fox (age 46), and television personality Paddy McGuinness (age 51).
Previously, the star openly acknowledged that her divorce left her feeling utterly devastated, and she confided that she was going through a period of sorrow and lamentation due to the end of her marriage.
The turmoil of the split led to a deep depression and her physical collapse at Sky Sports in 2016.
In the months leading up to that point, Kirsty found it challenging to balance her responsibilities as a broadcaster, her dance training for Strictly Come Dancing in fall 2015, and her role as a single mother to her two sons.
