As a lifestyle expert with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons’ recent excursion to Mart, Texas, is nothing short of refreshing. Their humble visit to Victorian’s Barbecue and eagerness to learn the art of wrapping a Texas barbecued beef brisket showcases their genuine appreciation for local cultures and traditions.
Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons enjoyed a recent trip to Mart, Texas.
During their trip to the quaint town housing approximately 1800 residents, both a renowned actor from the Civil War era and a contemporary star known for “Breaking Bad,” aged 42 and 36 respectively, dropped by the beloved Victorian’s Barbecue joint. Here, they picked up the skill of wrapping a Texas-style barbecued beef brisket.
In an Instagram-shared video, the husband and wife duo, both of whom are proud parents to Ennis, aged six, and James, aged three, donned their working attire and dove right in.
The Interview with the Vampire actress could be seen with a spray bottle of water.
Oh, darling! I’ll take care of that item,” Dunst expressed, prior to the actor, having disclosed his recent weight loss, proceeding with his task of wrapping the juicy meat in pink paper.

In Dallas where he spent his childhood, Plemons, along with his wife of two years, carefully rolled the paper around the brisket for preparation.
In a post on Instagram, the restaurant announced, “When actors Jesse Plemons from home and Kirsten Dunst visit Mart, TX, what’s the best reaction?
‘Make them wrap briskets at @victoriansbarbecue with @joeyvictorian Good times!’
The Texas incident occurs following Kirsten’s unexpected appearance during a twin bill showing of Bring It On and The Virgin Suicides at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles.
These movies initially hit the screens in 1999 and 2000, and they’ve maintained their status as beloved cult classics ever since.
At the Cinespia event, themed as ‘Kirsten Dunst’s Sleepover Party’, honoring the 25-year anniversary of the movie releases, the celebrity from Point Pleasant, New Jersey made an appearance, according to Deadline’s report.
She thrilled her audience when she quoted a line from the cheerleading comedy “Bring It On,” where she portrayed the character Torrance Shipman.
‘I’m Torrance, your captain Torrance – let’s go, Toros!’ Dunst said in reference to the film.

At the Southern California cemetery gathering, Dunst gratefully expressed her appreciation for the large number of people who came to watch her movies, acknowledging both Cinespia and its creator, John Wyatt, for making it possible.
‘Oh my God, you guys – this is the craziest thing I’ve ever witnessed in my life,’ Dunst said.
‘I am so overwhelmed. My friends and family are here, I’m gonna watch with you guys.’
She added, ‘I haven’t seen any of these movies since I was a teen myself, with an audience.’
