Masangsoft has announced the dates for the King’s Raid Global Closed Beta Test, and this time, anyone can participate! The test will be held from January 29th to February 4th, 2026, and will be available on Android, iOS, and PC through Steam.
King’s Raid had shut down earlier this year before its revival, thanks to Masangsoft
This closed beta showcases a revamped King’s Raid with enhanced graphics and smoother performance. It still offers the strategic battles that players enjoyed in the original game.

To join the next testing phase, simply visit the official website and submit your email address. Selected participants will receive invitations on January 26, 2026. Please note that the download links are currently unavailable.
Choosing where to play is important. If you signed up before, you’re automatically set up for Steam. If you want to try the game on a phone or tablet, you’ll need to sign up again and specifically select either Android or iOS.
I’ve been following King’s Raid for a while now, and its backstory is pretty interesting. It originally launched under a company called Anic Inc. with the same name, and they actually ran it for over eight years! Sadly, they shut it down on March 15, 2025. But the good news is, right around that same time, a South Korean company called Masangsoft bought the rights to King’s Raid, so the story isn’t over yet!
The purchase of this IP was accompanied by news that the game would be brought back, with promises of a better gameplay experience. Although a 2025 release was initially suggested, the developers are now planning a closed beta test, which is a positive step.
