Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Has Been Delayed Until February 2025

As an ardent fan of medieval RPGs with a knack for historical accuracy and immersive gameplay, I can’t help but feel a mix of anticipation and trepidation upon hearing the news about Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. With a wait time stretching to February 2025, it’s akin to being a medieval peasant waiting for the winter to end – a long, cold, and seemingly endless stretch.

The game development team at Warhorse Studios has shared an update, stating that the release of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II will not occur in 2024 as initially planned. Instead, fans can look forward to its open-world medieval action RPG debut in February 2025.

Warhorse shares on their X/Twitter post that we have a lengthy period before the launch, but they have plenty to share with us during this time. Included in what’s coming before the game hits shelves next year are a 20-minute gameplay demonstration, unveiling of the Collector’s Edition, and more exciting reveals.

In a nutshell, it’s been announced that Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is expected to be double the size of its predecessor, and it’s set for release on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC on the 11th of February, 2025.

As a long-time fan of Warhorse Studios and their captivating open-world games, I am beyond excited to share some eagerly anticipated news with fellow enthusiasts like myself. It’s been a while since we last heard about Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 (KCD2), but the wait will finally come to an end on February 11, 2025!
