Kim Zolciak’s estranged husband Kroy Biermann reached out to wife of RHOA star’s new love interest

Legal papers from Kyle Mowitz’s $100 million divorce reveal that Kroy Biermann contacted Kyle’s ex-wife, Jillian Green, to share his concerns about Kim Zolciak and what he believes are her intentions.

I was really surprised to learn about this! It came out during a deposition Green gave on June 16th, according to Us Weekly – they’ve been looking at the legal documents, and that’s where the information surfaced.

According to court documents, Green testified in June that Biermann, age 40, initially reached out to her by phone to discuss ‘Kyle and Kim’s involvement’ and express his worries.

According to Green, Biermann criticized his soon-to-be ex-wife, Zolciak, 47, and questioned her reasons for becoming involved with the wealthy businessman.

According to court documents, Green claims Biermann told her the former Bravo star would try to take as much money as possible from Kyle.

Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Zolciak and Biermann for further comment on the story.

In a June deposition, Green stated that Biermann provided actual evidence – receipts – showing the Real Housewives of Atlanta star had been using someone else’s credit card to pay for her groceries and Instacart orders.

In her deposition, Green stated she didn’t directly question Mowitz about the grocery shopping. However, she did photograph the receipts and later gave those photos to her lawyers.

During his deposition, Green stated that Biermann confided in him about Zolciak, describing her as narcissistic and admitting she had a gambling problem. Biermann also reportedly said Zolciak wasn’t consistently there for her children.

According to a deposition, Green met one-on-one with Biermann because of his public profile, stemming from his career in the NFL and appearances on Bravo TV, a source reported.

I’ve been following this situation closely, and I understand that Ms. Green has stated clearly that she only met Mr. Biermann once, at a family gathering at her cousin’s home. She’s also emphasized that there was absolutely no romantic connection between them, and that they hadn’t spoken in over two months as of June. It’s good to have that clarified.

In a sworn statement, Green admitted to deleting text messages sent to her by Biermann, claiming she did so before he could share them with lawyers handling their divorce.

Oh my gosh, apparently Biermann actually told Green he was staking out Mowitz’s place! Can you believe it? But Green wasn’t worried he’d actually do anything to him, according to the report. It’s just… the fact he was there, watching! It’s so intense!

During the deposition, Mowitz’s attorney asked Green if he’d be surprised to hear that Biermann had been at Kyle’s house the previous day. Green responded, ‘Yes – although he had told me he was somewhere else.’

Sources recently told TMZ that Kim Zolciak’s marriage to Kroy Biermann seemed to be failing due to money problems caused by gambling and overspending. They say Zolciak started seeing Josh Mowitz around April or May of this year.

Sources say the couple is in a very serious relationship and have been spending a lot of time together.

I’m hearing from sources that Kim and her partner are genuinely thriving in their relationship! It’s lovely to see. However, there’s a bit of a legal side to things as well – Kim was recently subpoenaed in connection with her partner’s ongoing divorce, which involves a substantial $100 million settlement.

According to sources, Green’s legal team formally requested that Zolciak participate in a deposition and hand over any written communication she had with Mowitz.

Sources told TMZ that Kim Zolciak and Craig Mowitz both began dating after they had already filed for divorce, meaning there was no cheating or overlap in their relationships.

After ending her relationship with the former NFL player, Zolciak was reportedly single for over a year before she started dating again.

According to court testimony reported by TMZ, Green admitted to kissing another man in Las Vegas in May 2024.

Green stated she didn’t dispute the claim that Zolciak and Mowitz started dating after her soon-to-be ex-husband filed for divorce in March.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann is still living independently after moving out of the large Atlanta-area home she shared with her husband for over ten years.

According to US Weekly, Zolciak was served with a legal subpoena on September 30th while at her son’s high school in Georgia. This happened several months after she asked Green’s lawyers to try and limit what the media reported about the complicated legal matter.

The reality star’s lawyers tried to dismiss the legal request, arguing it was overly broad and unfairly demanding.

Kyle’s online profile shows he’s the co-founder and CEO of Imperium Blue, overseeing the entire group of companies and its related businesses.

Kyle oversaw all of Imperium Blue’s structuring, purchasing, and funding operations, both in the United States and internationally.

The family office handles more than $4.5 billion in assets, investing through its various companies and providing wealth management services.

Kyle is also known for his generosity. In 2018, he and his brother Justin donated $100,000 to Florida State University to create the Mowitz Family Endowment for Excellence in Real Estate.

Kyle, a 2003 graduate of Florida State University with a degree in real estate and finance, praised the university’s strong alumni network, calling it ‘amazing’.

In an article for the college’s business school publication, Kyle fondly remembered his time at school and being part of a fraternity.

Kyle expressed his happiness in being able to make this donation. He explained that his time at FSU – including his coursework, connections made through fraternities, and alumni internships – were crucial to his development and ultimately contributed to his current success.

The piece mentioned tha ‘Kyle’s wife, Jillian’ was not a Florida State graduate.

As a longtime supporter of fostering student success, I was so pleased to hear about the generous investment Kyle and Justin Mowitz have made in Florida State University’s real estate program. It’s wonderful when successful alumni give back and help the next generation of students thrive – we’re incredibly grateful for their support!

As someone who’s been watching these two shine, I have to say their success is truly inspiring! It’s fantastic for my students to see real-world examples of what they can achieve with hard work and dedication – it really shows them anything is possible.

We hope this kindness inspires our students to give back and support our school’s future, too.

Oh my gosh, Kim and Kroy have so many kids! They have four together – Kroy Jr., who’s 14, then Kash Kade, 13, and the adorable twins, Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, who are 11. But that’s not all! Kroy also stepped in and adopted Kim’s two older daughters, Brielle, who’s 28, and Ariana, 23. It’s just the sweetest, biggest family ever, I swear!

Kim Zolciak became well-known as a cast member on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta. This led to her own spinoff show, Don’t Be Tardy…, also on Bravo. In 2015, she also appeared as a contestant on five episodes of Dancing with the Stars.

After playing college football at Montana, Biermann was drafted into the NFL in 2008 and spent his entire eight-year professional career with the Atlanta Falcons.

In 2012, he had a standout season, starting in 14 games and making 36 tackles. He also recorded three sacks and even scored a touchdown after intercepting the ball.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann got married in a spectacular $1 million ceremony on November 11, 2011, at their home in Georgia. The date – 11/11/11 – made the event even more memorable.
