Kim Zolciak reveals every plastic surgery she’s had including ‘mommy makeover’ after six kids

In a candid revelation, Kim Zolciak from The Real Housewives of Atlanta has openly disclosed the various cosmetic procedures she’s had done throughout her career.

This 47-year-old individual has garnered notice due to their use of cosmetic procedures like Botox and fillers, even though they are said to have a tax and fee debt exceeding $1 million.

For a few years now, she has frequently made news due to her contentious divorce proceedings with the ex-NFL player, Kroy Biermann.

Currently, a woman who is a mother of six has decided to reveal another aspect of her personal history, as she features in a fresh installment of the show Botched Presents: Time Travel with Plastic Surgery.

They had an open discussion about their previous surgeries aimed at altering their physical features, with mother and eldest child Brielle (aged 28) participating in the conversation.

Kim specifically highlighted a set of procedures she had done in 2014, which included a tummy tuck and a breast lift – often referred to as a ‘mommy makeover’.

Kim shared, “I’ve had some breast enhancements and a tummy tuck done. I also have fillers in my lips, and I frequently get Botox treatments.” She is the mother of Brielle, Ariana (23), Kroy Jr. (13), Kash (12), and twins Kaia and Kane (11).

She asserted, “For the sake of six wonderful individuals, I put my physical self on the line. Undergoing a ‘mommy makeover’ was necessary for me. Simply being a mother shouldn’t imply that one should neglect themselves.

Furthermore, Kim mentioned that she underwent a non-invasive procedure called Ultatherapy, which offers both a facial lift and subtle skin tightening.

She also shared details about her non-aesthetic health background, disclosing that she underwent neck surgery to correct a herniated disc.

In 2023, amidst my close observations during her high-profile divorce and rumored financial struggles, she never once discussed her ‘laser vaginal rejuvenation’ procedure that she underwent.

Kim admitted that her motivation for joining the Botched spin-off was to have a contouring treatment, expecting it to smooth out and firm up her skin. However, the outcome turned out to be quite the opposite of what she had anticipated.

In her own words, she shared the reason for undergoing numerous surgeries: “Growing up, my mother would tell me that if I ever felt self-conscious about having large ears, a prominent nose, or any other feature, she would help me change it.

Kim, who welcomed Brielle and Ariana into her family via past relationships prior to their adoption by Kroy, commented: ‘I’ve often expressed similar thoughts to my daughters.’

I’ve come over due to undergoing a divorce, and as a result, I’ve lost around 10 pounds. Being of a petite build, this weight loss has left some excess skin on my body.

During that very episode, Brielle accused her mother of having a past filled with excessive cosmetic surgeries when they were discussing it.

As an unabashed devotee, I can’t help but share this intriguing tidbit: In a captivating snippet from Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind, the 28-year-old confessed that it was none other than my mom who escorted me to my inaugural lip filler consultation.

Additionally, Brielle mentioned that Kim, who was allegedly taking her modeling earnings with Kroy Biermann, her estranged husband, according to Ariana, would accompany her to cosmetic procedure appointments and freely discuss her enhancements in front of the kids. This behavior seemed to impact Brielle’s perspective on excessive use of dermal fillers.

DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Kim and Brielle for comment.

During a conversation with Dr. Terry Dubrow, the individual known as a “nepo baby” (a term referring to someone in Hollywood who has achieved success due to their family connections) shared that she had second thoughts about her lip filler dissolution, which she initially expressed at the beginning of 2020. She mentioned that she wanted to correct the effects of her multiple filler treatments, specifically addressing deposits around her cheekbones that she felt were excessively plump and asymmetrical.

Additionally, she disclosed a surprising revelation, stating that undergoing filler injections had become as routine for her as ordering a Diet Coke.

Brielle confessed that she got her lips enhanced for the first time when she turned 18. Shortly after graduating from high school, her mother took her to Los Angeles where a popular doctor performed the procedure at that time.

Dubrow inquired if the other physician displayed any reservation towards administering lip fillers to a patient aged 18.

‘No, it was like, “Get in the chair, let’s go,”‘ she recounted.

During my discussions, I strongly advise fellow practitioners to exercise caution when considering fillers for younger clients. Instead of minimizing their natural appearance, these treatments might inadvertently make them seem older than they are because they’re typically designed to combat the signs of aging.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d like to share some insights about cosmetic treatments like fillers. These solutions are often made from synthetic or naturally occurring materials, skillfully injected to soften wrinkles and add volume, especially in areas such as around the lips, under the eyes, or even the nose.

Body fat from a patient can also be extracted and later re-injected into specific areas of their face, enhancing its fullness and contour.

In the past few years, Brielle has frequently voiced her dissatisfaction with her full lips. However, what appeared to cause her the most concern were the fillers located not in her lips, but rather under her eyes and around her cheekbones.

Interestingly enough, Kim asserted during an interview with Dubrow, in the very same clip, that she advised her eldest daughter to avoid under-eye fillers. Yet, it’s been alleged that she may have contributed to the popularity of other filler treatments among her circle.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta alum asserted that she advised her daughter never to perform that action around her eyes. She admitted they both shared remorse about the treatment, but sometimes one must allow them to discover things for themselves, despite her urging, “Don’t do it.

Initially, Brielle was pleased with her under-eye filler, but later on, she noticed it appeared excessively swollen and uneven, with one side appearing fuller than the other.

I accompanied her to all her doctor visits regularly, as she seemed to be constantly exploring various lasers aimed at maintaining a youthful appearance. Consequently, I found myself frequently requesting lip enhancement treatments monthly.

She confessed, “Using the under-eye filler was similar to drinking a Diet Coke for me.” Unbeknownst to her, it turned into a concern she hadn’t realized she had.

Brielle pointed out that she’s been a familiar face on reality TV since she turned ten, and the scene transitioned to a segment from an older program where she was gifted an expensive handbag for her birthday.

In a noticeably altered state compared to her usual self, Kim enthusiastically overacts and calls out to her daughter, urging her to smile as a demonstration of her joy upon receiving the desired gift.

During an open conversation, Brielle openly acknowledged that Kim had planned to undergo Botox treatments and lip injections. Seeing her mother experience this procedure over time made such actions appear routine to her.

To demonstrate Kim’s candidness regarding her cosmetic surgeries, an earlier video was highlighted where she proudly announced, “When you see me again, I’ll have a brand-new pair of breasts.

Brielle asserted that eventually, doctors would reach out to her with proposals for complimentary injections and operations, provided she publicized the procedures on her social media accounts as a form of promotional advertising for their medical practices.

Due to the attractive deals, coupled with the income she gained from promoting their products on social media, she developed an intense focus on minor flaws in her appearance that she perceived.

‘Anything I saw that I felt like I could go fix, I would go and I would fix it!’ Brielle admitted.

In early 2020, she confessed that due to her overly dramatic pout from late 2019, she chose to remove all her lip fillers.

Looking back now, I realized that several months ago, she subtly reintroduced some additional lip fillers and disclosed a long-held aspiration. Since my teenage years, I’ve yearned for fuller lips, as many of my friends possessed more voluminous lips than me. Even my mother acknowledged this desire I had expressed.

In the year 2023, Brielle posted a side-by-side picture showcasing her noticeably fuller 2019 lips against the ones she had in that same year, which were still ample yet appeared more natural.

She titled her post as a bit of a personal reflection, advising, ‘If you consider getting lip injections, seek out a professional who will be honest with you and possibly advise against it.’

In that phase of my existence, there were far too many cooks in the kitchen for my liking… I ended up visiting numerous medical professionals, all of whom seemed reluctant to refuse my requests!

She confessed, “Initially, I got injections, grew accustomed to the larger lip size, and then felt I required even more. Although I still appreciate fillers, I urge caution – don’t go too far with it!

After a difficult legal separation and financial struggles, Kim and her ex-husband Kroy Biermann were evicted from their home in Atlanta last month by the police. Now, Kim is seen publicly with her daughter for the first time since then.

In the upcoming spinoff of Botched, several other celebrities will make an appearance. These include Aubrey O’Day from Danity Kane, Kathy Brown, a former Playboy model, Jessica Dime from Love And Hip Hop: Atlanta, Larissa Santos Lima known for 90 Day Fiancé, and social media influencers such as Sebastian Bails, Sophia Elgerabli, and Alan McGarry.

In the latest series, you’ll find Michelle Visage, well-known from RuPaul’s Drag Race, sharing hosting duties together with the regulars from Botched, Dr. Dubrow, and body-confidence specialist Dr. Spirit, Ph.D.
