According to Kim Zolciak, her former spouse Kroy Biermann allegedly shoved her to the floor during a dispute just prior to the Thanksgiving break.
A well-known television figure, aged 46, who’s currently peddling artificial Christmas trees online due to financial struggles, asserted that the occurrence transpired at their Georgia estate, scheduled for auction on Tuesday.
Zolciak and Biermann have faced a contentious and prolonged separation process since they announced their planned divorce back in May of last year.
Based on a report acquired by TMZ, it was the Milton Police Department who attended a domestic violence incident a day prior to Thanksgiving, specifically on November 27th of the previous week.
Upon the arrival of the authorities, Zolciak asserted that as he was on a ladder removing drapes, the ex-NFL player had exhibited a hostile demeanor.
She then accused Biermann, 39, of removing her from the ladder and throwing her to the floor.
After an altercation, a Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member asserted that she sustained injuries, yet declined to display any wounds to the law enforcement officers who were present.
Two unidentified kids from the family had observed the supposed incident within the house, and subsequently shared details with the law enforcement officers when they arrived at the location.
Kim and Kroy are parents to three children: thirteen-year-old Jaxon (KJ), twelve-year-old Kash, and eleven-year-old twins Kaia and Kane. They got married in 2011, and at that time, Kroy also legally adopted Kim’s older daughters, Brielle, aged 27, and Ariana, aged 23, from a past relationship.
Instead, one of the younger daughters shared with police that the reality TV personality had actually fallen off a ladder, contrary to her assertion that her husband, Kroy, had pushed her down.
Additionally, she shared with the authorities that it was Biermann who removed the curtains, an action that subsequently caused Zolciak to become agitated.

One of their boys was present in the mansion concurrently and emerged from the cellar when he heard the dispute. However, he didn’t witness Kroy pulling Kim down from the ladder either.
According to Biermann’s account of the supposed event, he stated that Zolciak not only assaulted him unexpectedly but also struck him on the face.
After hearing from both parties involved in the dispute, the police found it challenging to determine which one was the main instigator or perpetrator.

It comes only days after the estranged couple were warned by police to stay away from each other.
On November 18th, a domestic dispute at Kim and Kroy’s mansion in Georgia led to the police being called, marking another intense development in their escalating divorce proceedings.
Initially, officials were dispatched to the residence of the pair following a 911 call that indicated a heated dispute, as stated by TMZ.
Reports indicate that the attending officers determined there was only a conversation, without any instance of physical fighting.
As a devoted follower, I can share that the authorities managed to pacify Kim and Kroy, filled out an incident report, but no one was arrested since it was established that no crime had occurred, according to my source.
In quick succession following the reduction of their asking price by an additional $300,000 for the mansion, I found myself hastily trying to facilitate a sale prior to the upcoming auction on Tuesday, as a diligent supporter who wants the best for them.
Initially priced at $6 million in October 2023, the cost dropped to $4.5 million in January, and later decreased again to $3.95 million in August.
Earlier this month, records show that Kim and Kroy, who recently secured a new job amid their divorce proceedings, reduced the asking price of their property yet again to $3.65 million, as reported by TMZ.
After Zolciak accused Kroy of secretly monitoring their home, a significant reduction in price by $300,000 was announced shortly thereafter.
Approximately two months ago, on October 9th, the star submitted a request (motion) claiming that Biermann violated her privacy rights.
In the past, Zolciak has leveled similar allegations against her estranged husband, asserting as early as January and May that he had stolen her phone and private belongings.
For several months now, a undercurrent of tension has been building up between them. In fact, Zolciak went as far as calling the police back in May, alleging that Kroy had taken her phone and barricaded himself in their master suite.
At the July debut of Surreal Life: House of Mysteries, Kim found herself overcome with emotion as she talked about her divorce. Tears welled up in her eyes during an intense ‘shouting therapy’ segment featured on the MTV reality program.
Approximately a year ago, in May 2023, The Real Housewives of Atlanta alumnus formally initiated divorce proceedings against his spouse, whom he married in 2011.
The surprising announcement of Kim and Kroy’s split was made more distressing by their ongoing monetary struggles, such as the alleged $1.1 million owed in back taxes to the Internal Revenue Service.

Last week, Zolciak was seen officially moving out the home after the former couple failed to sell the seven-bedroom property ahead of the auction.
In the midst of Kim’s financial struggles, she’s found a way to stay occupied by peddling imitation Christmas trees through her Instagram stories.
In one recent image, the TV personality uploaded a photo of a decorated tree inside a living room and penned, ‘This tree is for sale: Pick up only 14ft by 7ft $2500 DM me.’
Additionally, she mentioned a tree with a beach theme, costing $1750, and another one adorned like a candy cane, which is priced at $4500.
Her estranged husband, Kroy, has also recently taken a job at Superior Rigging & Erecting Co.
The business is recognized for constructing sports venues, notably refurbishing both the State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
