Kim Zolciak blasts ex Kroy Biermann with shock jewelry theft claim… after they’re kicked out of mansion
In a recent interview, Kim Zolciak didn’t mince words when she openly criticized her former spouse, Kroy Biermann.
47-year-old ex-star from Real Housewives Of Atlanta asserted that the 39-year-old ex-NFL player had been jobless for almost a decade since his football career ended. She even alleged that he had taken every piece of jewelry I’ve ever owned, as well as possessions belonging to her eldest daughter Brielle Biermann, whom he had adopted.
We’ve reached out to both a spokesperson and legal counsel for Kroy Biermann, seeking their comments, but we haven’t heard back from them just yet.
During a chat earlier this year, while Kim was in Atlanta for her Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour series, she made surprising statements that were featured on the most recent episode of her podcast, Let’s Be Honest.
After DailyMail.com acquired evidence showing US Marshals had cleared out Zolciak and Biermann’s old residence following allegations that they were still on the property past the stipulated date, the recording was made public.
During the occasion, the celebrity known for reality TV attempted to refute claims suggesting her excessive spending and gambling were causing money troubles within her marriage. She declared this gathering marked the first time she publicly addressed the complicated unraveling of her matrimonial bond.

Initially, it’s always enjoyable for me when someone mentions that I used up all of Kroy’s funds, Kim stated, further adding, ‘In fact, I have earned significantly more than Kroy.’
She stated that Kroy’s last season in the NFL was back in 2015 for clarity purposes. However, it’s now 2025, and he secured a new job as recently as March 2024.
She asserted that she’s been tirelessly laboring to support her family and her kids, while he has failed to contribute financially for many years. Despite having employment, he hasn’t paid a single bill in this household, neither for the children’s necessities like clothing or extracurricular activities, nor anything else.
Beyond alleging that her former partner hadn’t held a job for several years, she additionally asserted that he had secretly taken jewelry belonging to her and their daughter Brielle, who was born from a past romance.
Zolciak asserted that Biermann took every single item of jewelry she had ever possessed, except for her engagement ring and earrings, which she kept hidden in her bra.
She also accused her ex of stealing 20 of her ‘most expensive handbags.’
Initially, she asserted that her earnings were supporting the family. However, she also admitted to borrowing funds from friends and acknowledged the statements made by her daughters Brielle and Ariana Biermann, who claimed she sought financial help from them. She explained these actions were necessitated by her ex-partner allegedly misappropriating her money and leaving their home virtually empty.
Ariana, Biermann’s second-youngest adopted daughter, had previously alleged that her parents were using the money she earned as an influencer and model since she was 14. However, during her appearance on the Bravo reality series Next Gen NYC, she didn’t explicitly name which parent was responsible for this alleged act.

Earlier this month, while conversing with others, Ariana emphasized that Zolciak had requested a loan from her. She explained this by referring to the late payments from the reality shows her mother was featured in, which had caused delays.
She mentioned that her mother has been consistently reimbursing her, and it’s true that things have improved. Her mother is putting in a lot of effort, implying that their relationship remains strong.
Zolciak emphasized that she had participated in several reality TV shows over the past few years as a means of supporting her family financially. She alleged that following her announcement of an intent to divorce Biermann, he retorted with a threat: “I will tarnish your reputation publicly. You’ll never find work again.
But she sounded a triumphant note and said her ex’s alleged threats ‘didn’t work.’
10 days ago, Zolciak pointed out that she had recently relocated to a new residence, having left behind the house she previously shared with Biermann.
I felt secure enough to express myself, and I was primarily concerned with shielding my kids from this situation, hence my decision to stay silent.
The podcast episode was published a day following news breaks about them having to vacate their house permanently due to law enforcement’s orders, as stated in the reports.
In April, U.S. Marshals went to the former home of the separating couple, as court records show, to evict the residents, who had been asked to leave the property several months after it was sold. (DailyMail.com obtained these court documents)

In December, the new homeowners began the procedure for evicting Zolciak and Biermann from the property.
Representatives for Zolciak and Biermann didn’t respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.
The papers show that following the purchase of the house from the separated pair, the fresh proprietors consented to let them stay on a temporary basis, by leasing it instead.
The paperwork suggests that the new homeowners claim the reality stars were residing on the property longer than their rental agreement permitted.
Additionally, the new proprietors mentioned that the previous occupants had received legal documents instructing them to vacate their old residence.
Despite repeated court orders from the new property owners for Zolciak and Biermann to vacate, they failed to comply, eventually leading U.S. Marshals to visit their mansion on April 8.
According to the latest report, several deputy marshals were present at a house close to Atlanta between 3:30 and 6:45 PM. They stated they had forcibly removed an individual from the property.
Last year towards the end, it became known that Zolciak started the preparations for leaving her house prior to an upcoming auction.

Previously, Page Six mentioned that Zolciak hadn’t relocated too far when she settled in a nearby rental with the four children she has with Biermann: Kroy ‘KJ’ JR, aged 14; Kash, who is 12; and fraternal twins Kaia and Kane, both 11 years old.
Additionally, it should be noted that Zolciak has two adult daughters from past relationships who didn’t seem to reside with their parents at the time. These young women are 28-year-old Brielle and 23-year-old Ariana. Interestingly, they were adopted by Biermann.
Previously in June, Ariana claimed that her parents had been using the earnings from her modeling jobs and influencer partnerships, which she started at the age of 14, for their own purposes instead of letting her keep them.
She stated on her Bravo show Next Gen NYC that she was previously posting around three times a week and earning significant amounts for writing a story or an Instagram post. She admitted to making a substantial sum of money in this way. However, unfortunately, her parents ended up taking that money from her.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: Over two years ago, I found out that my savings had vanished, although I must admit that I wasn’t entirely sure how much I should have been saving in the first place. See, my parents used to handle our family finances when I was younger, so I didn’t have a clear understanding of it all.
In my professional opinion, what truly caught me off guard was Ariana sharing her revelation about her mother, Kim, continuing to ask for financial assistance, even though it’s said that she had exhausted all the earnings from her teenage and early twenties years. Quite intriguing, isn’t it?
Following several contentious legal disputes and multiple reductions in their listing price, the divorced pair successfully offloaded their grand residence in February at a sale price of $2.75 million.
Despite earning a substantial return on their initial investment of $900,000 for the expansive 15,000-square-foot property, they sold it for $3 million lower than its original listing price from 1.5 years ago.

2023 found me scrambling to save my beloved home from foreclosure. My family and I were in a mad dash to sell this cherished abode before it hit the auction block, as selling it privately would’ve only scraped together a fraction of what we owed, according to reports, to cover our mounting debts.
Earlier this year, a visit by U.S. Marshals was just one of several occurrences where law enforcement had to intervene to resolve conflicts between the former partners on the property due to their ongoing disagreements.
In October 2023, Biermann initiated a divorce from the reality TV personality. Over the following months, they had disagreements about how to allocate their shared living spaces, as they still cohabited in the same house during that period.
Previously, the ex-Atlanta Falcons player claimed that his separated spouse had disposed of their belongings without his consent, and furthermore, he asserted that she was extravagantly spending money, even in times of severe financial difficulty for them.
Among his complaints was that Zolciak allegedly blew an astonishing $1.5 million in gambling.
