Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Sell Georgia Mansion for $2.75M After $6M Listing

Kim Zolciak and her former spouse, Kroy Biermann, have at last managed to offload their Georgia residence – a property that graced the screens during their reality series “Don’t Be Tardy.

According to TMZ, their former residence – a seven-bedroom, eleven-bathroom house – was sold for approximately $2.75 million by its previous owners.

The house in Milton was originally priced at around $6M over two years ago when it was first put up for sale, but now its value has significantly decreased.

Ever since I first noticed it, the price has been adjusted multiple times, usually reducing it by approximately $500,000 each instance.

Last year, I found myself facing the grim reality of foreclosure, having fallen behind on my mortgage payments. Miraculously, it seemed like a last-minute reprieve as the sale was nearly set for auction in December. Somehow, my exes miraculously found a way to dodge that bullet.

The former couple initially purchased the mansion in 2012 for $880,000. 

This house, showcased on the Bravo spinoff series “Don’t Be Tardy”, offers various facilities such as a swimming pool, a wine cellar, an arcade room, and a movie theater for entertainment.

In May 2023, the ex-cast member of Real Housewives of Atlanta, who is now 46 years old, parted ways with her retired NFL player spouse, who is 39 years old.

They have resided under the same roof while broken up since May 2023.

Following multiple visits by the police due to heated arguments, the judge decided that Zolciak and Biermann should reside in different parts of their shared home.

In a recent turn of events at Surreal Life’s Villa of Secrets, the captivating figure has been requested to reside in the basement or nanny area, whereas the ex-NFL champion will enjoy the luxury of the master suite upstairs.

2023 court documents, as reported by TMZ, state that neither side is allowed to access the other’s personal spaces within the shared home (marital residence) without prior consent.

In simpler terms, the separated pair had unrestricted access to shared spaces like the kitchen and lounge area.

Furthermore, the judge mandated that the duo should treat each other respectfully, with the intention of shielding their four minors – thirteen-year-old Kroy ‘KJ’, twelve-year-old Kash, and ten-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.

According to the documents, neither parent should speak negatively about the other parent when their children are present or within hearing range.

One condition specified that neither parent should eavesdrop during their respective times with the kids, and the kids should not act as intermediaries between the parents.

Additionally, Kroy officially took on the role of father for Kim’s older daughters from her past relationship – Brielle, aged 27, and Ariana, who is 23 years old.

Last year, the judge’s decree arrived following the former spouses’ decision to list their house for sale, several days before the planned foreclosure.

In the court filings made by Biermann in September 2023, he petitioned the court for permission to proceed with selling the family’s mansion in Milton, Georgia, which was close to being repossessed due to impending foreclosure.

Previously, an ex-NFL player asserted that Zolciak struggled significantly with financial management, a claim made following her call to the police on May 4 from their mansion. This incident occurred before he initiated his first divorce proceedings.

In a Milton Police Department bodycam video from November 2023, accusations about Zolciak’s spending and gambling losses were observed, following an incident where officers were called to Zolciak’s residence due to a reported domestic dispute.

In the event that transpired, Zolciak informed authorities that Biermann had stored in a secure box an assortment of high-value items belonging to her worth approximately $175,000 – which included designer handbags and jewelry. She claimed he concealed the key to this stash from her.

Biermann stated that he thought most of the items belonged in the category of communal property. He further explained about those items, “The challenge lies in the fact that they represent the assets, as there are no other resources available.

Additionally, he informed officers that they had still been sharing the same bed, yet there was no indication of mutual interaction between them.

Over the past two months, finding ourselves separated and seeking separate legal and physical custody of our younger children, I’ve found myself at odds with my partner in various court filings.

Zolciak stated that Biermann uses marijuana, casting doubt on his suitability in raising their children, whereas Biermann asserted that Zolciak’s excessive gambling has taken over her time and drained the family’s finances.
