Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have cops called to their Georgia mansion after ‘heated argument’

As a seasoned observer of reality TV, I must say that the tumultuous journey of Kim Zolciak-Biermann is nothing short of captivating. Her life, much like an episode of her own show, has been a rollercoaster ride filled with highs and lows, laughter and tears, love and strife.

A police call was made to the Georgia home of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann due to a domestic disagreement, marking another escalating event in their ongoing divorce proceedings.

On a Monday, authorities were dispatched to the residence shared by the ex-Real Housewives of Atlanta star (aged 46) and her ex-NFL player spouse, following a report of a heated verbal dispute, as per TMZ’s account.

Reports indicate that the officers on scene determined there was only a heated conversation, but no actual physical fight took place.

According to the source, the police managed to calm Kim and Kroy, filed a report regarding the incident, but did not make any arrests since it appeared that no crime had taken place.

Following the split, they reduced the asking price of their mansion by an additional $300,000 in a desperate effort to find a buyer quickly, as the property was set for auction soon.

They are now seeking $3.65 million, according to TMZ, citing real estate records.

Initially priced at $6 million in October 2023, the property’s price dropped to $4.5 million in January and was later reduced again to $3.95 million in August.

This price drop comes just a month after Kim accused Kroy of spying on her in their home.

The star filed a motion on October 9, alleging that Biermann invaded her privacy.

She’s now asking the court to step in and help retrieve her personal belongings. 

Despite the lock being set, there are claims from a reliable source that Kim asserts Kroy kept track of her activities within their home.

In a rather strange occurrence, she claims to have discovered him unconscious inside her wardrobe, apparently having attempted to secretly observe her.

Earlier, a judge ordered that Kim should reside in the basement or nanny area within the couple’s house in Georgia, whereas the ex-NFL player was instructed to stay in the main bedroom upstairs.

However, it’s alleged that Kim is accusing Kroy of invading her privacy by entering her personal spaces when she wasn’t there, and furthermore, she claims he took down the security cameras she installed to deter him, as a source confides.

In simpler terms, Zolciak’s recent action is not aimed at evicting Kroy from their shared residence, but rather it’s about retrieving her personal items that she claims he has been keeping as a form of control or leverage.

Additionally, she requests the court to issue an order preventing him from taking any more of her belongings, including certain private notes which she believes he may have previously read.

In the past, Zolciak has also alleged similar incidents involving her separated husband. She claimed that he took her phone and personal belongings on occasions as far back as January and May.

For quite some time now, I’ve found myself caught up in a lingering friction, a silent storm brewing between Zolciak and me, which reached boiling point in May when I felt compelled to involve the authorities. The incident revolved around an allegation that Kroy had taken my phone and barricaded himself in our master bedroom, leaving me unable to reach him.

At the July debut of Surreal Life: Villa of Secrets, Kim found herself in tears as she discussed her ongoing divorce.

She teared up during a ‘screaming therapy’ session on the MTV reality show. 

While taking breaths, I can only weep and weep and weep, and I truly feel I need this,” the celebrity expressed in a private moment.

Later on, she confessed to her fellow cast members – Chet, Macy Gray, Tyler Posey, Ally Brooke, Johnny Weir, OT Genasis, and Josie Canseco – that she was feeling extremely overwhelmed and stressed out because she wasn’t getting the support she needed at home.

Kim said that she takes care of everyone around her but feels as though no one is looking out for her, from her parents to her spouse.

Kroy, as it turns out, has a family consisting of Brielle (age 27), Ariana (22), KJ (13), Kash (11), and the 10-year-old twins, Kaia and Kane.

I can’t seem to move on,” I admitted, speaking directly to the camera. “It’s bizarre, really, because being exposed and vulnerable in front of a crowd of seven might sound scary to some, but it feels more secure for me than sharing such emotions with Kroy. It’s almost ironic, isn’t it?

She told her co-stars, “It’s insane how I can relax and feel secure here, even more than at home. You see, I’ve been a mother since I was 18, so I always have to be tough.

Prior to its broadcast, Kim had subtly suggested a possible romantic connection with Tom Hanks’ son, Chet, by implying that viewers would need to stay tuned to find out if anything blossoms between them, hinting “we’ll have to wait and see.

She shared with People that Chet is truly outstanding. In fact, he’s extremely charming. Throughout the season, there have been many remarkable moments between us, and I assure you, they’re worth watching. We’ve had meaningful discussions, and he’s simply fantastic.

During an interview with ET, Kim expressed that she formed some truly wonderful friendships during the filming process.

Through my new friendships, particularly with Josie [Canseco] and Macy [Gray], I’ve gained a tremendous amount of knowledge.

Having Otis (from Genesis) around gave me a sense of security and comfort. At first, I was quite apprehensive, but his presence eased my fears, making me believe everything would turn out all right.

‘This experience gave me the time to think about what I truly want and the changes I need to make.

For several years now, I’ve been estranged from my parents due to actions that created a chasm between us. Their actions may have affected me, but when it comes to my children, I draw the line; I won’t tolerate any harm coming their way.

In the midst of this journey, I found myself grappling with whom to rely on. Yet, that moment of letting go was indescribably profound – one of the most memorable days in my existence. It was a much-needed clarity that this release provided me.

In the midst of their contentious separation and financial difficulties, Kim and Kroy are set to meet in a divorce court later in November.

As a devoted follower reporting this news, I can share that legal papers obtained by TMZ indicate that my upcoming divorce trial has been scheduled on the 5th and 6th of November at the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta.

In the interim, there’s an opportunity for Zolciak and Biermann to work towards resolving their disputes with mediation.

If no agreement is reached between them by September 25th, their case will go to trial in November, as reported.

Back in sunny May of 2023, I find myself reflecting on a significant chapter that closed in my life, as I formally filed for divorce from my beloved partner, Kroy, whom I had the pleasure of marrying way back in 2011 during a beautiful ceremony. This decision wasn’t made lightly, but after much thought and introspection, it feels like the right step forward for me on this journey called life.

News about Kim and Kroy splitting up took everyone by surprise, especially considering their ongoing financial difficulties, such as the alleged $1.1 million owed in back taxes to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

In July 2023, Kim briefly called off the divorce as they tried to mend their relationship. 

Nevertheless, Kroy filed another petition for divorce in August, stating that their union had reached an irreversible state.

It seems like she might be in line for a brand-new reality TV series that could potentially fetch her an impressive $1 million check. Simply put, I can hardly wait to see what this potential opportunity brings her way!

She could possibly feature in a Hulu show titled “Got To Get Out,” sharing the screen with fellow Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Cynthia Bailey.

The show will feature both celebrities and non-celebrities competing for a $1 million cash prize.
