Having followed their journey from the glamorous world of reality TV to the tumultuous realm of real life, it’s disheartening to see them embroiled in such a public spat.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann appear to be battling it out until the bitter end.

Law enforcement officials, who previously advised their former residents not to consume their resources following numerous visits to their previous residence in Alpharetta, Georgia, were obliged to revisit the property on Sunday due to an ongoing disagreement.

46-year-old reality TV star from The Real Housewives of Atlanta was in the act of transferring her final possessions out of her house (which went up for auction earlier this month) and putting them into a moving van from Atlanta Peach Movers, according to a source who spoke to TMZ on Sunday.

Previously professional football player, aged 39, positioned his vehicle behind a moving truck and initially resisted, as he disagreed with Zolciak removing belongings from the house he didn’t think she had a right to.

Once more, even after the prior cautions from officials, police officers from the Milton Police Department were requested to the residence to resolve the dispute. In contrast to the usual 911 call, it was reported that the concerned party phoned their regular line instead, as an inside source stated.

DailyMail.com has contacted both the Milton Police Department and the relocation service provider seeking additional information about the event.

Eventually, Biermann yielded following a conversation with the police officers, as reported by TMZ, allowing Zolciak to retrieve her possessions for her new home.

Over the past year and a half, I’ve seen my fair share of heated exchanges between Zolciak and Biermann. Yet, last Sunday, I was relieved to find out that contrary to what some might expect, there wasn’t a massive blowout argument as we’ve witnessed before. Thankfully, it seems they managed to keep things civil this time around.

Ever since the split in May 2023, local officials have frequently needed to intervene at the mansion due to recurring heated disputes between the reality TV personality and their former NFL athlete.

During a conversation on November 18th, the officer explained to Zolciak that because of their busy schedule and important duties, the police force didn’t have enough personnel to monitor the frequent disagreements between the couple, as they were frequently short on time.

The officer explained to Zolciak that the police are primarily intended for use in emergencies, and suggested several alternatives for her to consider rather than contacting them whenever issues arose between her and Bierman.

The police officer suggested to Zolciak that if she desired officers present during her interactions with Biermann in the future, she should either schedule an appointment with Fulton County Sheriff’s Office regarding this matter; or opt to hire an off-duty officer privately to oversee their encounters.

The officer informed Zolciak that what was being arranged was scheduled for a future time, and when it transpired, there would be a charge that they would need to pay the officer for his off-duty services, given the allegations about Zolciak’s financial troubles due to gambling and extravagant spending.

On November 26th, Zolciak claimed that Biermann shoved her to the ground, but he denied this allegation, and no family members who were interviewed could confirm it.

On November 18, footage released by TMZ showed a heated disagreement between Zolciak and Biermann taking place in the presence of law enforcement officers, as part of their ongoing divorce proceedings.

In the recorded conversation, Zolciak claimed that Biermann violated the court-set limits they were supposed to adhere to while living together, which has been their arrangement for a year and a half starting from when they separated in May 2023, amid significant financial troubles.

During the incident, Zolciak refused to comply with the officer’s advice to step away from her wardrobe, explaining that on a previous occasion when she had left Biermann alone in that area, he began to take her shoes.

She said, “I’m merely attempting to gather my garments and footwear and then leave. All I’m aiming for is to pack up my belongings.

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but share the details about my beloved Kim Zolciak’s recent encounter with the police. She claimed that Kroy Biermann had taken quite a few of her personal items from their home storage area, including an iPad that she often mentioned. Here’s the kicker: she’s been hanging onto his laptop until she gets all her belongings back.

‘I don’t operate like this, I’m tired of being stolen from – and abused,’ Zolciak said.

In simpler terms, Biermann was overheard dismissing Zolciak’s statements as falsehoods. She alleged that he had been filmed performing an inappropriate act within the area of the house she designated for herself.

In more conversational terms, “She suggested showing the officers a video of a private moment, where it appears a certain individual was engaged in an activity that I’d rather not describe explicitly.” This maintains the original intent while using more polite and professional language.

Biermann countered the accusation by labeling Zolciak as a compulsive liar, claiming she secretly set up a camera in his private residence to spy on him.

Regarding the distribution of their shared possessions, Biermann expressed that he had no objections if Zolciak took whatever personal items belonging to her that did not interfere with his lifestyle or career.

According to Biermann, he intended to submit a police complaint, backed by videos he’d taken, about an incident the previous night where Zolciak entered his private space and allegedly took his laptop and important documents.

In the attempt to diffuse their argument, former spouses Biermann and Zolciak informed law enforcement that they were still legally married. As Zolciak moved past Biermann, she accused him of stealing her iPad. Later, Zolciak explained to police that there was some confusion regarding ownership of certain items categorized as ‘marital’ possessions.

Zolciak and Biermann have four kids together: Kroy Jr., who is 13, Kash Kade, aged 12, and the twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, both 11 years old. Additionally, Biermann has adopted two older daughters from a previous relationship of Zolciak’s, Brielle, who is now 27, and Ariana, at 23 years old.

Zolciak rose to fame as a member of the cast of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and parlayed her popularity into the spinoff Don’t Be Tardy… on Bravo. She also competed on five episodes of Dancing with the Stars in 2015.

2008 saw Biermann getting drafted into the NFL following his time at Montana. Over the next eight seasons, he remained with the Falcons exclusively. His most fruitful year on the field was in 2012, where he started 14 games and accumulated 36 tackles, 3 sacks, and a touchdown from an interception.

On November 11th, 2011, they made their promises to each other in an extravagant wedding costing a million dollars, held at their mansion in Georgia. This special day also happened to be 11-11-11.
