Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann FINALLY vacate mansion after US Marshals drop by over tensions with new owner
According to reports, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have apparently been compelled to vacate their residence permanently due to the intervention of law enforcement officials.
In April, U.S. Marshals visited the former residence of a separating couple, as stated in court records obtained by Page Six, with the aim of compelling the residents to leave the property several months following its sale.
In December, I found myself being asked to vacate our home, which was a surprising turn of events for my partner and me at age 47 (Zolciak) and 39 (Biermann).
Neither the representatives of Zolciak nor Biermann have given a response to DailyMail.com’s query for a statement so far.
Recently, a new update has emerged only a few days following the accusation by Kim’s daughter Ariana, who claimed that both her mother and stepfather had taken the money she earned from modeling and endorsements, allegedly due to their ongoing financial struggles.
According to reports, the documents suggest that following the purchase of the house from the separated pair, the new proprietors consented to a temporary arrangement where they could still reside there, as renters instead of owners.

Yet, the property owners alleged that the reality stars were still residing at the location after their lease period had ended.
The new property holders additionally asserted that the previous residents had already received eviction notices, instructing them to vacate their old residence.
Despite several court orders filed by the new property owners requesting their departure, it is said that Zolciak and Biermann did not respond, ultimately leading U.S. Marshals to visit the mansion on April 8.
According to the latest report, it seems that several deputy marshals were present at a house close to Atlanta between 3:30 and 6:45 PM. They stated that they forcibly removed an individual from the property.
Nevertheless, the document fails to specify who departed under duress, and it remains ambiguous as to who resided within the dwelling during that particular instance.
Last year towards the end, news broke that Zolciak was initiating the process of leaving their family home before a planned auction, implying Kroy might have been residing there at the time. However, it’s uncertain if she found a new place to stay or returned to the old one later on, as the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star’s current living situation remains unclear.
Previously, Page Six noted that Zolciak didn’t relocate too far when she settled into a nearby rental house with her four children who are jointly raised with Biermann: KJ ‘Kroy Jr’, aged 14; Kash, 12; and the fraternal twins Kaia and Kane, both 11 years old.
In addition to Zolciak, there are two adult daughters from past relationships who don’t seem to have resided with their parents at the moment: Brielle, aged 28, and Ariana, aged 23. Interestingly, these girls were legally adopted by Biermann.

Following numerous disputes in court and repeated reductions in their sale price, the estranged pair successfully closed the deal on their mansion in February for a total of $2.75 million.
Despite earning a substantial return on their initial investment of $900,000 for the 15,000-square-foot home, they still managed to sell it for $3 million lower than their original asking price from 1.5 years ago.
2023 saw their house being put up for foreclosure, and quickly, Zolciak and Biermann found themselves scrambling to sell it before it was auctioned off. This would’ve yielded them a significantly smaller amount to help settle the financial troubles they were reportedly facing.
Earlier this year, a visit by the U.S. Marshals was just one instance among several occasions when police intervention was needed to settle conflicts between former spouses on the premises.
2023 marked a turning point for me, as I, the ardent fan, found myself witnessing the unfolding of events between Biermann and the renowned reality star. In October of that year, Biermann chose to file for divorce. However, despite this significant step, they found themselves locked in disagreements during the subsequent months, their discord centered around the division of our shared living spaces, as we continued to cohabit under one roof in our beloved home.
Previously, the ex-Atlanta Falcons player claimed his separated spouse had disposed of their belongings without his consent, and furthermore, he suggested she was extravagant with their funds, even in the face of severe monetary difficulties.
Among his complaints was that Zolciak allegedly blew an astonishing $1.5 million in gambling.
