Kim Zolciak and ex Kroy Biermann’s plans to keep their family together amid divorce drama is revealed

In the heat of their ongoing dispute during their divorce proceedings, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have reached an agreement on a shared parenting schedule for the summer months with their kids.

As a lifestyle guide, I find myself sharing that, just like before, my sons – Kroy Jr., age 14, Kash, 12, and Kane, 11 – will continue to shuttle between our respective homes in the vibrant city of Atlanta.

As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but share this intriguing tidbit: Kane’s twin sister, Kaia, is heading off to Montana for a minimum of three weeks, as stated in legal documents acquired by TMZ, to reside with her paternal grandparents. Can’t wait to see what adventures unfold during her stay!

According to the documents, if at any moment during that period Kaia expresses a desire to return to Atlanta, her grandparents are obliged to arrange for her departure from the airport within a span of 48 hours following her request.

During her entire visit, Kaia is expected to carry her flip phone with her at all times. Kroy, aged 39, and Kim, aged 47 (who has recently been disclosed to owe over $1.8 million in taxes), are each granted the opportunity for a daily 15-minute call to her.

After three full weeks have passed, it will be permissible for Kaia to gather her parents for a meeting where she can express her desire to extend her stay in Montana for a longer period.

Additionally, it falls on Kroy to share the contact details of his parents and sibling with Kim, allowing her to reach out to his family should the need arise.

In the contract, there’s a rule that specifies Kaia should never be left alone with any boy who is within her age range, whether they are in middle school or high school.

Apart from her younger children, Kim (known for her time on The Real Housewives of Atlanta) is also the mother of two adult daughters named Brielle, aged 28, and Ariana, aged 23. These daughters were legally adopted by Kroy and bear his surname.

The latest parenting arrangement announcement follows Kim publicly criticizing her former spouse in a recent interview, making startling accusations against him.

She asserted that the former NFL player had been jobless for almost a decade following his football retirement, and she even alleged that he had stolen all my jewelry, along with possessions belonging to her elder daughter, Brielle Biermann, who he had legally adopted.

A representative and lawyer for Kroy Biermann have been reached out to by DailyMail.com for comment, but no response has been given as of now.

During a conversation I had with Kristin Cavallari earlier this year, while she was in Atlanta for her Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour, she shared some surprising revelations. This fascinating discussion took place on an episode of her podcast Let’s Be Honest that was recently released.

The release of the recording happened following DailyMail.com obtaining papers suggesting that U.S. Marshals went to Zolciak and Biermann’s old residence to vacate it, as the latest owners claimed they were still present after the specified timeframe.

The television personality refuted claims that excessive spending and gambling caused financial troubles in her marriage at the gathering, stating it was the first occasion she publicly addressed the complex breakdown of her matrimony.

Initially, it’s always enjoyable for me when people suggest that I used up all the money belonging to my former husband, Kroy, Kim mentioned. However, she went on to assert that she has earned significantly more than what Kroy did.

She mentioned that Kroy’s last NFL season was back in 2015 for clarification. Fast forward to 2025, it’s important to note that he secured a new job in March of 2024.

She asserted that despite working tirelessly to support her family and her kids, this man has failed to contribute financially for years. Regardless of his employment, there have been no payments towards household bills – not a single expense like clothing for the children, activities outside school, or anything else.

Besides charging her former partner with being jobless for several years, she additionally alleged that he was secretly taking her and her daughter Brielle, born from a prior romance, jewelry items.

Zolciak asserted that Biermann took every single piece of jewelry she had ever possessed, except for her engagement ring and earrings, which she claimed were concealed in her bra.

She also accused her ex of stealing 20 of her ‘most expensive handbags.’

Initially, she asserted that her earnings were supporting the family. However, she also admitted to borrowing funds from friends, including her girlfriends. This confirms the accounts of her daughters Brielle and Ariana Biermann who stated she sought financial aid from them. She explained this need for money was caused by her ex-partner allegedly stealing from her and leaving their home virtually empty.

Ariana, one of Biermann’s adopted daughters who is not the youngest, had earlier expressed her belief that her parents were using the money she earned as an influencer and model since she was 14. However, on her Bravo reality series Next Gen NYC, she didn’t specifically call out which parent she was referring to when making this claim.

Earlier this month, when talking to people, Ariana emphasized that Zolciak had requested a loan from her. She explained this by referring to the late payments of the reality shows that her mother was appearing in.

She told me that my mom has been repaying me, and things have indeed improved. It’s clear she’s putting in a lot of effort,” she mentioned, implying that their bond remains strong.

Zolciak emphasized that she’s been involved in several reality series over the past few years as a proof of her efforts to support her family financially. She alleged that after informing Biermann about her divorce plans, he retorted, “I will tarnish your reputation publicly. You’ll never find work again.

But she sounded a triumphant note and said her ex’s alleged threats ‘didn’t work.’

10 days prior, Zolciak mentioned she’d recently relocated to a new residence, having vacated the house she previously shared with Biermann.

I felt secure enough to express myself, and I simply aimed to shield my kids during this situation, so I chose to stay silent.

The podcast episode came out the very next day following the news that she and Biermann had to vacate their residence permanently due to law enforcement orders.

In April, U.S. Marshals were dispatched to the former residence of the separating couple, as stated in court records, to compel the residents to leave the property, which had been sold by them several months prior, based on reports from DailyMail.com.

In December, the new homeowners started the procedure for asking Zolciak and Biermann to leave the property.

Representatives for Zolciak and Biermann didn’t respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.

Based on the records, it appears that following their purchase of the house from the separated couple, the new proprietors consented to a temporary arrangement where they would lease the property to the former occupants and permit them to reside there.

The papers suggest that the new property owners claimed the reality stars had stayed in the house past the rental period they were given.

The new property holders additionally mentioned that the previous residents had received legal documents instructing them to vacate their old residence.

Despite repeated legal requests from the new owners for Zolciak and Biermann to vacate, there was no response. Consequently, U.S. Marshals visited their mansion on April 8.

According to the latest report, several deputies were present at a house close to Atlanta between 3:30 and 6:45 PM. They stated that they forcibly removed an individual from the property.

Last year towards the end, it became known that Zolciak was initiating her departure from the house prior to an arranged public sale.

Previously, Page Six mentioned that following her move, Zolciak continued to live close by, residing in a temporary rental home with the four children she has with Biermann.

In June earlier this year, Ariana claimed that her parents had been using the earnings from her modeling jobs and endorsements deals, which started when she was just 14 years old as an influencer, for themselves instead.

She stated on her Bravo reality show, Next Gen NYC, that she used to publish around three posts per week and earned a substantial amount for creating a story or an Instagram post. Accordingly, she accumulated a decent sum of money. However, sadly, her parents ended up taking that money from her.

Approximately two years ago, she found out that the funds were missing, but Ariana acknowledged that she wasn’t certain about the exact amount she should have had, since her parents handled the finances during her youth as they were supposed to.

It was even more astounding when Ariana stated that her mother, Kim, continues to request money from her, despite the belief that Kim had already spent all the earnings she made during her teenage years and twenties.

After several contentious court battles and multiple reductions in their desired sale price, the separated pair successfully unloaded their luxurious residence in February for a sum of approximately $2.75 million.

Despite earning a substantial return on their initial investment of $900,000 for the spacious 15,000 sq ft home, they still managed to sell it at a discount of $3 million compared to its original listing price from a year and a half ago.

2023 found the house facing a foreclosure situation. In an effort to avoid an auction that could’ve yielded significantly lower proceeds and impacted their alleged financial obligations, Zolciak and Biermann were in a hurry to sell it.

This year, a visit from U.S. Marshals was just one of several occurrences where law enforcement had to intervene due to ongoing disagreements between former spouses on the premises.

In October 2023, Biermann initiated a divorce from the reality star, but after that, they had disagreements for several months about allocating their shared living spaces, as they both still lived under the same roof.

Previously, the ex-Atlanta Falcons player claimed that his separated spouse illegally disposed of shared assets without his consent, and he further asserted that she was extravagantly spending money in the face of severe financial difficulties they both faced.

Among his complaints was that Zolciak allegedly blew an astonishing $1.5 million in gambling.
