Kim Woodburn Slams Gino D’Acampo Amid Resurfaced I’m A Celebrity Scandal

A tense interaction between Kim Woodburn and Gino D’Acampo has once again come to light, as Woodburn criticized the chef following a series of accusations leveled against him.

48-year-old Gino has faced accusations of inappropriate sexual behavior and bullying for a span of 12 years. However, he has stated that these allegations are not true.

In light of recent accusations, I felt compelled to speak out against my former co-star, Gino D’Acampo, whose actions during our time together on “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!” were truly unacceptable and disturbing. His behavior was far from what one would expect in a professional setting, let alone a reality show.

Ever since she alleged that Gino allegedly “inadvertently brushed his private parts against his shorts” while yearning for his spouse during their stint on ITV, a somewhat cringe-worthy clip from their past together has reemerged, and as a die-hard fan, I can’t help but feel intrigued.

In the video, Gino served as the reader for a challenging word puzzle that the entire team attempted to solve together.

However, following a humorous mistake that said ‘Kim on the razor’, the Loose Women star swiftly clarified that she’s never employed a razor throughout her lifetime.

Gino suggested you should act properly, and later, Kim appeared uneasy when the chef touched his private areas. In response, Gino said something else.

Instead, the previous star of This Morning gave a sidelong glance and murmured: “And where exactly should I place my hand?

Kim then awkwardly hit back with: ‘Well not on your d****y. Stick it in your pocket!’

In response, I’d simply say: “If I were to store it there, your immediate reaction might be that I was indulging myself.

‘Just put it out,’ Kim replied stiffly as she appeared unimpressed by his behaviour.

Gino was crowned King of the Jungle after his time on the series, while Kim came in as a runner-up.

Currently, Gino is facing accusations about inappropriate sexual conduct and bullying, behaviors he has refuted.

Regarding all claims brought against me, Gino stated: “ITN news reported that accusations have been leveled against me for behaving inappropriately, with some incidents alleged to have occurred more than a decade ago. To my knowledge, I had not been informed about these matters beforehand, and I wholeheartedly deny these allegations.

I don’t engage in actions that might cause discomfort or sorrow to others, as it goes against my character. The account presented to me doesn’t resonate with me.

It’s important to note that these accusations were not brought up against me previously, and I’ve consistently received backing from top-tier executives. Furthermore, I was invited as a guest on prime-time shows during the timeframe where it’s now implied I behaved improperly, which suggests otherwise.

On a Friday evening, I was absolutely blown away by what Kim asserted about the celebrity chef. He allegedly rubbed his penis through his shorts, apparently feeling the absence of his wife while they both reminisced about their shared experience on I’m A Celebrity.

Additionally, she claimed that due to his inappropriate tirades, he was escorted off the set by producers prior to ITV’s favorable editing, which ultimately resulted in his victory.

She told The Sun: ‘He used to stand over a log and stroke his penis area over his shorts. 

He would speak to himself as if it were his penis, saying something like, “Even though you haven’t experienced intercourse yet, once you leave here, there’s going to be a lot of it for you.

He’d often complain about feeling overlooked and underappreciated regarding that particular area, and his wife would attend to him upon his return home. The rest of us would simply look the other way.

I felt uneasy as it was offensive and vulgar. Such behavior is inappropriate, especially around women. However, Gino seems to believe he has the freedom to act as he pleases.

Kim asserted that the chef behaved disrespectfully towards the team, referring to them as if they were worthless. After hurling insults like “a damned fool” and “a vulgar individual,” the chef showed no intention of leaving the production site.

She mentioned that they temporarily halted filming when two men escorted him away by his arm, leading him back to the camp instead of dismissing him from the show. It was quite disturbing, she felt they could’ve dismissed him from the program instead.

TopMob have contacted Gino’s reps for comment. ITV declined to comment.  

Gino’s TV shows have been removed from the ITV schedule because of the claims.

A woman identified as ‘Hannah’ expressed her disappointment to ITV News, stating: ‘It would have been much more satisfactory if he had publicly apologized, admitted his regret for the events that took place and promised to take a break to contemplate on the allegations against him.’

Instead, he should have apologized earlier for causing pain to so many. His actions are reminiscent of typical bullying behavior.

According to an investigation, numerous individuals expressed that their work experience with the chef was ‘unacceptable’, ‘troubling’, and in some cases, ‘awful’.

In the accusations, it is claimed that Gino commented on a young woman’s breasts as ‘flawless’ and ‘similar to a tasty treat’, and that he made a suggestive remark about sleeping with a colleague’s girlfriend if she got him an ice cream.

It seems that at least one television production company knew about concerns regarding the actor’s behavior, but still chose to collaborate with him on more shows.

The chef has been featured on programs such as Family Fortunes on ITV and more recently, Emission Impossible alongside Fred Sirieix on the channel.

On Saturday, for the first time since the revelation of accusations against Gino, Fred shared something on social media – a video featuring his recently renovated kitchen. Yet, he chose not to address or comment on the allegations leveled against his fellow actor.

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but follow every move made by the legendary chef, Gordon Ramsay. He’s been on ITV with both Gino and Fred, creating some unforgettable moments together. Recently, there’s been quite a stir regarding certain allegations, yet old master Ramsay has chosen to remain tight-lipped on the matter, keeping his social media presence active but silent. I can only imagine what he might be cooking up next!

In an investigation, it was reported that a woman claimed Gino made a lewd, sexually suggestive remark to her during a photo session for a magazine back in 2011.

She asserts that the famous chef declared his intent to flip her over and roughly have intimacy with her, specifically from behind on the kitchen counter, in full view of the entire team.

The woman mentioned that her colleagues chuckled when he made the remark, leaving her with a sense of embarrassment.

She reminisced about the gentle wave of chuckles that swept through, as others seemed uneasy, peering apprehensively into their teacups.

She expressed that the event left her with a sense of profound dread and astonishment, yet acknowledged she wasn’t taken aback that no one stepped in to help.

She said the comment was ‘aggressive’ and she saw it as ‘some kind of powerplay’.

Gino’s legal team firmly denied the allegation.

As a diligent follower, I can share that this allegation, dating back approximately 15 years, had not previously been brought up or addressed directly to Mr D’Acampo, until it was recently mentioned in a media inquiry.

‘He does not recall it, nor accept that it happened.’
