Kim Kardashian’s 12-year-old daughter North West appears to have debuted another body modification.
The young woman has been gaining more attention online since starting an Instagram account, and recently showed off a new nose piercing.
The current injury might not be genuine, but she previously displayed a similar finger piercing in November and faced criticism for it.

In late December she showed off a custom-made set of grillz by celebrity jeweler Johnny Dang.
Recently, she replaced her usual set with a pair of black grillz created by influencer Sukii Baby.
In her newest TikToks, North was also sporting a lengthy turquoise wig with face-framing bangs.
She wore a loose-fitting white Balenciaga T-shirt paired with a dark gray, pleated mini skirt.
The popular social media personality, whose father is Kanye West, completed the outfit with see-through tights and fluffy black boots.
The young girl wore a shiny silver chain with a big skull pendant that had blue stones for eyes.
As a lifestyle expert, I noticed she really went all out with her makeup! She was wearing a complete look – think false lashes, blush, lipstick, and a perfectly defined lip line. It was a glamorous and polished effect.
She was joined in the clips by a friend named Leah, who rocked pink hair with long layers.
North later posted a birthday message for the girl on Instagram, writing, ‘Happy birthday @layhay103, I love you so much, twin!’
After introducing her profile two weeks ago, she has already racked up 1.4 million followers.
North’s Instagram profile notes that the account is ‘managed by parents.’
The child star additionally shares a TikTok account with her mother.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West also have three other children together: sons Saint, age 10, and Psalm, 6, and daughter Chicago, 7, in addition to their oldest child, North.
The rapper, who grew up in Chicago, previously said in 2022 that he didn’t want his kids using social media, making his family’s growing online visibility a notable change.
Recently, North has faced some criticism as her personal style gains more attention.
