Kim Kardashian unveils SKKN’s lavish holiday campaign packaging 42 days before Christmas
As a lifestyle expert with years of experience, I must say that Kim Kardashian is undoubtedly setting the bar high when it comes to holiday-themed campaigns. Her SKKN gingerbread house packaging is nothing short of extraordinary and truly embodies the spirit of the season. However, as someone who has been around the block a few times, I can’t help but feel that perhaps she might be getting a tad carried away with all the holiday cheer, what with her previous campaign for SKIMS featuring a lavish mansion and a decadent meal that seemed to border on excessive.
Christmas may be 42 days away but Kim Kardashian is already embracing the holiday spirit.
44-year-old star revealed the gift wrapping for SKKN’s holiday promotional event, which she shared on her Instagram account, on Tuesday.
Kim’s makeup products were beautifully packaged, looking like a charming gingerbread house adorned with marshmallow snowflakes and a decorative ribbon.
Snow-dusted trees encircled the home, with a charming little gingerbread figure stationed at the cabin’s doorway.
Kim added a unique flair to the house; she placed statues of her beloved pets, Sushi and Saké, at the entrance as if they were on duty.
The products were stored inside the house and could be accessed by lifting the roof.
Recipients of the gift included Kim’s mother Kris Jenner and her good friend Lala Anthony.
It’s not the only holiday-themed campaign Kim has been involved in as of late.
A week ago, the holiday collection from SKIMS was launched with an ad campaign starring Kate Hudson and her whole family, which includes her mother Goldie Hawn and Oliver Hudson.
Kim personally posted a photo on Instagram last Thursday with the caption: ‘Goldie Hawn, Kate Hudson, and family in SKIMS’.
Inside a luxurious mansion, the video captures the Hudson-Hawn family enjoying SKIMS sleepwear while playfully wrecking a lavish holiday feast that was elegantly presented by a butler.
Once upon a time, I, an over-the-moon fan, found myself witnessing an intriguing spectacle. There was Kate, brandishing a succulent, cooked lobster aloft, and Goldie? Well, Goldie decided to play a prank by carelessly pouring a pool of red jello onto the very carpet of our home. Quite the scene it made!
However, Kim encountered criticism during the campaign as an ad was labeled “out of touch” by one critic.

Others described the ad as ‘disturbing’ and ‘cringe.’
The scene begins with shots of Kate, aged 45, attempting to manage her family, while several butlers arrange lavish desserts on a wooden dining table in the room.
Kate’s trio of children – Ryder Robinson (age 20), Bingham (age 12), and Rani (age 5) – along with her partner Danny Fujikawa (38 years old) are all prominently featured as well.
Kate’s elder sibling, Oliver (who is 48 years old), brought along his trio of children – Wilder (aged 17), Bodhi (14) and Rio (11) – as well as his spouse, Erinn Bartlett (age 51).
Goldie Hawn’s family, including her partner of many years, Kurt Russell, their son Wyatt Russell, his wife Meredith Hagner, and their two little boys, were absent from the event. (78 for Goldie, 73 for Kurt, 38 for Wyatt)
