Kim and Lewis have been seeing each other romantically for several months, ever since they were spotted together at Kate Hudson’s New Year’s Eve party.
They confirmed their romance on Super Bowl Sunday in Santa Clara, California.
This is the first person the model has dated since her highly publicized and ultimately unsuccessful relationship with comedian Pete Davidson from Saturday Night Live.
