As someone who’s followed many incredible life journeys, this one always stays with me. A man spent 22 years wrongly imprisoned on death row, accused of a terrible crime he didn’t commit. Thankfully, DNA evidence finally proved his innocence in 2003. While no amount of money can truly make up for lost time, he did receive a $4 million settlement in 2008, which I hope helped him rebuild his life.
