Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney jokingly faced each other in a courtroom setting for a new advertisement promoting Kourtney’s wellness brand, Lemme.
The 45-year-old reality TV star confidently questioned Kourtney, 46, about her new products – Lemme’s Colostrum Gummies and Colostrum Liquid Liposomal – which are set to launch on November 6th. She approached the questioning with the same assurance you’d expect from a skilled lawyer.
Kourtney remained calm while Kim testified in court, telling the judge and jury that her sister was unfairly keeping wellness advice to herself and not sharing it with the rest of the family.
On Tuesday, both sisters shared the advertisement with their Instagram followers, and it included several nods to the actual disagreements Kim and Kourtney have had in the past.
The advertisement also clearly references Kim’s new Hulu series, ‘All’s Fair,’ which premiered on Tuesday. The show features Kim as a well-known divorce lawyer working at a law firm comprised entirely of women.
Kim Kardashian is waiting to find out if she passed the California Bar exam. Passing would mark the culmination of her multi-year effort to follow in her father Robert Kardashian’s footsteps and become a lawyer.

The episode starts with Kourtney entering the crowded courtroom, looking stylish in a white outfit with a skirt, gloves that reach her elbows, and heels.
Okay, so in court, the judge turned to Kourtney and basically said she’s being called out for not being upfront about her new wellness venture, Lemme Colostrum. Apparently, she’s accused of keeping it under wraps, and it’s become a point of contention in the case. It’s all about transparency, and it seems like they’re questioning whether she fully disclosed this part of her brand.
When the judge asked how she would plead, Kourtney responded, ‘Your Honor, I’ve simply focused on taking care of myself.’
Kim, dressed in a professional suit with a white shirt and her hair in a claw clip, interrupts to tell the judge she has evidence that Kourtney is unfairly controlling something.
Kim then gets up from her seat and begins to address the court.
Our family shares everything – from legal agreements and personal assistants to group texts and even vitamins. So, when I learned my daughter was developing Lemme Colostrum, I was incredibly eager to see it come to life and waited patiently for its release, as a mother would.
Kim said she started to suspect something was up when she noticed Kourtney seemed to be using more and more filters on her photos. Kourtney would just tell her, ‘It’s not ready to be shown yet.’

For this reason, Kim testified in court that she had previously had someone track Kourtney, then dramatically presented a display board with pictures of Kourtney carrying a bottle of her Lemme Colostrum product.
Kourtney brought up a memorable and controversial statement Kim made to her during a 2018 argument on their reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
She testified that the prosecution previously said, and she quoted them directly, “Maybe if you had a business you were passionate about, you would know what it takes to run a business, but you don’t.”
‘Well now I do. And jealousy isn’t grounds for litigation.’
Kourtney says that taking Lemme Colostrum not only helped her skin look radiant, but also improved her digestion and strengthened her immune system.
Kim fires back by declaring she’s the Kardashian sister that ‘invented glow!’
Oh my gosh, you would NOT believe what happened! When the answer was read, the courtroom just exploded. Seriously, someone actually screamed – it was terrifying! The judge had to bang her gavel like crazy, yelling for everyone to calm down and get things under control. It was absolute madness, but I was on the edge of my seat!
The camera focuses back on Kourtney while she’s testifying, and she unexpectedly pulls out a bottle of her new Lemme gummies.
Before popping a gummy into her mouth, Kourtney declared to the courtroom, ‘Just so everyone knows, I feel amazing. Go ahead and try to prove I don’t!’

The advertisement was released just under a day after Kim’s new legal drama, All’s Fair, started streaming on Hulu.
The Ryan Murphy series features a star-studded cast including Kim, Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash, Glenn Close, and Teyana Taylor.
As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following the buzz around the new show, and it centers on Allura Grant, played by Kim Kardashian. She’s a really powerful divorce lawyer and the head of a fantastic all-women law firm right in the heart of Los Angeles. It’s a fascinating look into her world!
All’s Fair premiered Tuesday with three back-to-back episodes.
Episodes will continue to air weekly on Hulu until the two-episode season finale on December 9.
Kim is celebrating her first starring role on television while anxiously waiting to learn if she passed the California Bar exam. Results are expected to be released very soon, after she took the test four months ago.
It marked a big step in her years-long pursuit to becoming a lawyer.
Kim completed a six-year law apprenticeship on May 21, 2025, which allowed her to become a lawyer without attending law school. It was an unusual route, but it worked for her.

She passed the ‘baby bar’ on her fourth try in December 2021.
In July 2025, Kim took on the challenging California bar exam, known as one of the most difficult in the country, and historically has a very low success rate.
Oh my gosh, you won’t BELIEVE what she just did! TMZ says she totally crushed this insane two-day exam in July – like, 200 multiple-choice questions?! And FIVE essays?! As if that wasn’t enough, she also had to do a 90-minute performance test on top of it all. Seriously, a queen! I’m so proud!
She’ll learn her results on November 7th, two days before the public announcement on November 9th at 6pm Pacific Time.
Kim recently shared that she’s been incredibly anxious while waiting to hear back about some test results, saying it’s left her feeling very stressed.
However, she said that her mom Kris Jenner is even more anxious than she is
She explained to KISS that she felt a lot of pressure because of all the effort she’d put in, and she worried people would be very disappointed if she didn’t succeed.

Kim added that the issue wouldn’t be a lack of understanding, but rather poor test-taking ability. She felt that would be the most frustrating part.
I’m certain of the law, so if you’re unfamiliar with it, you can always review and study it more closely. We’ll just have to wait and see how things unfold.
Kim Kardashian is taking after her father, Robert Kardashian, by studying to become a lawyer.
You probably know my dad, Robert, as the lawyer who famously represented O.J. Simpson back in the mid-90s. He was a really respected figure in the legal world. Sadly, we lost him in 2003 to esophageal cancer. He was only 59, and it was a tough time for our family.
