Kim Kardashian catches the eye in a leather trench as she makes a surprise appearance at Selfridges for the launch of NikeSKIMS shoes

Kim Kardashian made a surprise appearance at Selfridges in London on Sunday.

Kim Kardashian, 45, visited a department store on Oxford Street to show off her new Nike collection.

Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS brand has partnered with Nike on a collection of shoes and clothing, called NikeSKIMS.

The celebrity attended the release event for the NikeSKIMS Rift Mesh, a modern take on the iconic Nike Air Rift shoe from 1996, known for its split-toe design.

Kim wore a leather trench coat over a tight navy top, with a glimpse of her lingerie showing underneath.

Launched in 1996, the Nike Air Rift features a unique split-toe design. Nike says the design was inspired by the Great Rift Valley in Kenya and created in collaboration with barefoot runners to encourage a more natural running motion.

Kim has been heavily promoting the new shoe.

‘An iconic Nike Rift split-toe design moves your body differently,’ the SKIMS website explained.

This sandal features a single strap to keep your foot secure and allows for easy on and off wear. Inspired by the Nike Rift’s barefoot running style, the NikeSKIMS Rift has a streamlined, low-profile sole and a textured logo on the outsole, bringing you closer to the ground with every step.

They retail for $150 a pair.

The NikeSkims Rift Mesh will be available starting January 26th in North America on Nike.com, Skims.com, and at certain stores.

It comes after Kim used Instagram to promote her SKIMS Valentine’s Day collection this week.

Kim shared a set of racy photos as she bared her taut midriff in two looks.

She posed in a pink ‘Fits Everybody’ T-shirt reading ‘you wish’ in capital letters.

Kardashian tied the shirt at the back for a body-hugging fit, and added a tiny white thong.

The actress posed for pictures wearing a $58 black T-shirt that fit closely to her body. The shirt featured her brand’s name in pink lettering inside a heart design.

The company, originally named KIMONO, started in 2019 and is now worth approximately $5 billion.
