Kim Delaney Surprises Husband with Roses Picture on Instagram After Accusation Scandal

Kim Delaney, the TV actress who was recently accused of running over her husband in late March, has surprisingly shown goodwill towards him.

On Thursday, the actress from NYPD Blue, who is 63 years old, posted two images on Instagram of a bouquet of roses that seemed to be for her husband, James Morgan, whom she had presented with the flowers.

In an accompanying caption, she wrote, ‘Birthday Boy, 55!!!!! Your wife loves you, my guy!’

A little over a week ago, the events unfolded with Delaney and Morgan’s arrest, following what was reported as a physical altercation stemming from an intense verbal dispute. The authorities received a call regarding a home disturbance at approximately 10am on Saturday, which led them to their residence.

On or before Tuesday, TMZ announced that the Los Angeles prosecutors decided not to press any charges against her or her spouse.

As reported by Morgan, it was approximately two and a half years ago when he got married to Delaney. Since then, he claims that she attempted to hit him with her car.

1. The police eventually took her into custody, accusing her of a serious assault that could result in severe physical harm. Charges of domestic violence as a misdemeanor were brought against Morgan.

2. After an arrest, she was charged with a felony for assault that might inflict significant bodily harm. On the other hand, Morgan faced charges of domestic violence categorized as a misdemeanor.

3. The police apprehended her and accused her of committing a severe assault that could lead to serious physical injury. In contrast, Morgan was charged with a minor offense involving domestic violence.

4. She was detained by the police and indicted for felony assault which potentially leads to grievous bodily harm. On the contrary, Morgan was accused of misdemeanor domestic violence.

5. The authorities arrested her on suspicion of inflicting serious physical injury through an assault. In comparison, Morgan faced a charge of misdemeanor domestic violence.

On the same day, Morgan was granted a $20,000 bond, whereas Delaney was released on a different day, specifically Tuesday, as indicated in jail records examined by NBC4LA.

According to reports, the LA County District Attorney’s Office stated that there wasn’t enough proof to bring charges against either one of them.

On Friday evening, according to law enforcement reports, it was said that Delany contacted the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, alleging that her husband had perpetrated acts of domestic violence against her.

It’s reported that he departed from their residence following the suspected occurrence, only to show up at their doorstep on Saturday morning. This led Delaney to reach out to the authorities once more.

After speaking with the actress, police arrested both parties at the scene.

Before the recent family dispute, Kim posted a close-up picture showing her snuggling with James, captioning it, ‘Unadulterated affection.’

In January, she posted a picture showing her husband embracing her with an affectionate kiss on the cheek. She accompanied it with the caption: ‘#Love prevails! Let’s share this love and compassion among ourselves during these challenging periods.’

Beyond her role as Detective Diane Russell on NYPD Blue, Delaney has also made appearances on shows like All My Children, Army Wives, and CSI: Miami.

Originally from Philadelphia, she started her career as a model before expanding to acting.
