Kim Delaney Arrested Again
On Saturday, Kim Delaney found herself under arrest following a reported physical altercation with her partner, James Morgan, which escalated from a heated disagreement.
It was verified by law enforcement authorities that the police responded to her home due to a reported domestic dispute, which occurred approximately at 10 a.m.
As a diligent follower reporting this news, I can share that sources informed me that paramedics arrived at the scene to assess if Kim and John had sustained injuries. Subsequently, upon receiving medical clearance for both parties, the police escorted us to the precinct.
Delaney was, ultimately, charged with felony assault likely to cause great bodily injury.
Meanwhile, Morgan was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence.
The award-winning actress is most recognized for playing the character Jenny Gardner on All My Children, as well as Detective Diane Russell in NYPD Blue.
Come January 2024, I found myself at the receiving end of a lawsuit filed by a fellow motorcyclist, Dzhamal Badalov, who asserted that I had fled the site following an accident involving my vehicle and him, which occurred back in November 2022.
According to records from TMZ, it was claimed by eyewitnesses before the reported accident, Delaney appeared to be driving recklessly.
According to Badalov’s court filing, he asserts that he was halted at a traffic light in the month of November 2022, and it was then that Delaney is claimed to have collided with Badalov’s bicycle.
According to Badalov, it was reported by eyewitnesses that the popular TV personality appeared to be erratically changing lanes while driving along Venice Boulevard, heading towards the intersection.
He write that the crash flung him from his motorcycle and into the intersection.
Additionally, Badalov mentions that at first, Delaney attempted to leave following the accident with her bicycle. However, bystanders intervened and stopped her from departing.
In our encounter with Badalov, I wasn’t quite sure if I made an effort to reach out to him afterwards or if I took a moment to check on his wellbeing.
Next, he asserts that the actress stepped out of her car and dialed a yet unidentified individual on her mobile phone.
Instead, Badalov claims that Delaney seemed confused during her phone call, implying that she might have been intoxicated by alcohol or drugs.
The victim claimed that Delaney persuaded him to talk to someone on the phone, who supposedly proposed an undisclosed sum of money in exchange for letting the actress exit without contacting the authorities.
According to Badalov, he declined the supposed proposal, and subsequently, the individual on the call advised Delaney to leave the location. However, it remains uncertain whether he overheard this instruction through the phone’s speaker.
Delaney allegedly drove away before police could respond, leading Badalov to file his lawsuit.
By April 2024, Delaney was mandated to carry out a 50-hour commitment to community service and participate in the Mothers Against Drunk Driving Program (MADD), as a result of the alleged event that transpired in 2022.
According to RadarOnline, the celebrity was instructed that they should never drive a car unless they have a legitimate driver’s license on them and adequate auto insurance coverage.
Apart from All My Children and NYPD Blue, she featured in Army Wives for a span of six seasons and also appeared in the television series Philly and CSI: Miami.

The next year, it was said that she enrolled in a rehabilitation facility after leaving CSI Miami.
2005 marked a significant turning point for her, as the complications stemming from alcohol took a severe toll and led to the loss of custody of her 15-year-old son, Jack Cortese.
The witness stated that she endangered him by making him travel with her after picking him up from a party, seemingly under the influence of alcohol. Additionally, he asserted that she tried to persuade his companion to join them in the car too, although they declined because of her evidently drunken condition.
Cortese also testified that it was not the first time that his mother had driven him while drunk.
At a celebration for ex-Defense Secretary Robert Gates in September 2011, Delaney was escorted away from the stage because her speech was confused and seemed to be affected by alcohol, causing guests to suspect she was drunk.
She initially spoke about the event in 2012, and during an interview with Entertainment Weekly, she described her condition as not being well at the time of giving the speech, attributing it to technical issues. However, she did not bring up any allegations of substance abuse in her statement.
