Among the esteemed group of actors and actresses nominated for their outstanding performances this year, the talented performer from “Succession,” aged 42, is included.

During his acceptance speech for Best Supporting Actor at the Oscars for his role in A Real Pain, Culkin confessed that his wife, Jazz Charton, had promised him they would have a fourth child if he ever received an Academy Award.

Approximately a year past, I found myself standing in a similar spot and rather foolishly, blurted out my desire for another child from her since she mentioned she’d gift me one if I won this award. This remark was made during my on-stage acceptance speech as I proudly displayed my Oscar statuette.

‘Turns out she said that because she didn’t think I was gonna win,’ he jokingly shared.

In a conversation, she admitted, “I believe I did make that statement. Looks like I owe you another child.” To which I responded, “Well, I was hoping for four myself,” (as Culkin shared with the crowd).

At that moment, he recalled Charton saying: ‘I will give you four when you win an Oscar.’

Afterward, Culkin gently reminded Charton of her pledge, mentioning that he hadn’t mentioned it until this moment.

Jazz, my dear, despite your doubts, I can’t help but joke. The truth is, I adore you deeply. I regret my actions once more, and I’m truly sorry for repeating them. Let’s focus on our children now. What do you think we should do?

The camera focused on Chardon in the audience, catching her chuckling during her husband’s honest acceptance speech, implying that she was prepared to fulfill her pledged actions.

2012 found me, an ardent admirer, crossing paths with the charismatic Culkin at a bustling NYC bar. Born and bred in London under the care of my resilient single mom, I was instantly smitten. Our initial encounter sparked a whirlwind romance that quickly turned into a reality just days later.

One year later, the pair eloped in Iowa while on a road trip.

Currently, the pair are beaming with pride as they care for their five-year-old girl, Kinsey, and their three-year-old boy, Wilder Wolf.

In the category of Best Supporting Actor, Culkin was nominated alongside Yura Borisov (for Anora), Edward Norton (A Complete Unknown), Guy Pearce (The Brutalist), and his fellow cast member from Succession, Jeremy Strong (The Apprentice).

This year, Culkin not only received his inaugural Oscar nomination and win but also triumphed at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, Critics Choice Awards, and the Golden Globes.

At the 2024 Emmy Awards, the star of Home Alone had earlier expressed a desire to his lovely spouse, Charten, for more children.

He expressed gratitude during his speech, saying, ‘I’m thankful for letting me be part of your life and for blessing me with these fantastic children of ours.’

‘And Jazz, I want more. You said maybe, if I win,’ he added.
