As an ardent fan of MAFS (Married At First Sight), I can’t help but feel like I’ve lived every moment with Kieran and Kristina! Their raw, unfiltered journey through the show has been nothing short of captivating. And now, they’re spilling the beans about their experiences!

On Wednesday, Kieran Chapman criticized one of his fellow stars from Married At First Sight, as he and Kristina Goodsell shared their experiences about the demanding nature of filming the show.

The mechanic, aged 28, and his wife Kristina, who is 31 years old, chatted with Aimee Vivian on Capital Radio about the demanding shooting schedule of the Channel 4 program they appeared in.

Meanwhile, it was disclosed during the performance that Kieran found it particularly difficult to get along with Alex Henry, who is 28 years old.

Regarding his co-star, Kieran mentioned that he found it particularly challenging to connect with Alex.

As a lifestyle coach, I find myself frequently at odds with this individual due to an overabundance of assertive male energy. Regrettably, it seems he is unwilling to entertain any suggestions I offer, despite my earnest attempts to communicate with him effectively.

The reality TV celebrity, along with Kristina, disclosed that the shooting schedule was quite demanding, lasting for extended periods, and it was fortunate for them to have a day of rest each week.

As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but share my insights about the behind-the-scenes of our beloved show. When inquired about the daily filming experience, Kieran admitted that the commitment ceremonies were an exhaustive process to capture on camera.

He said: ‘So, you’re lucky if you get a day off every week. Commitment ceremonies are long days.’

Kristina agreed and chimed in with: ‘Yep, they were long days. Everybody had a lot to unpack.’

Meanwhile, Kieran added: ‘Dinner parties are really long days, it’s a lot of filming.’

Additionally, Kristina touched upon the challenges of production and the struggle of sharing personal experiences.

She commented, “There’s a great deal of shooting while exposing your entire life under the lens of cameras. It’s indeed quite stressful.

Performing without the presence of cameras can already be challenging, but having cameras so close makes it even more intense. It feels as if they are scrutinizing every emotion, and yet, maintaining authenticity is crucial – it’s a battle to keep your composure while still being true to yourself. In other words, don’t pretend to be someone you’re not.

Additionally, Kieran shared with host Aimee that they have a WhatsApp group chat for participants of Married At First Sight since the show ended. However, he subtly suggested that not all contestants are included in this chat.

When asked whether everyone is in the group chat, Kieran said: ‘I’m not confirming or denying…’

The couple also confessed how their co-stars wished they had Kieran and Kristina’s connection.

When questioned about whether their co-stars harbor feelings of envy towards them, Kristina responded: “No, I wouldn’t use the word ‘envy.'” Kieran chimed in by saying: “I don’t think it’s envy, but perhaps they merely wish they had what we had during that period.

Kristina noted: “Right, wasn’t it said to us that someone expressed a liking for Kieran and my relationship, didn’t they?” or
