Khloé Kardashian’s Jaw-Dropping Weight Loss Secrets Revealed
Fans were excitedly buzzing as Khloé Kardashian showcased her stunning figure in a recent Instagram post, published on Monday.
She showed off her well-defined stomach muscles in a two-piece bathing suit that had red edging and a cherry pattern all over it.
Without a doubt, the 40-year-old businesswoman, who confidently believes that this decade will be her most successful yet, appears to be in top form. But what’s the secret behind her vitality?
The mother of two, who has a seven-year-old daughter named True and a two-year-old son Tatum with her ex, Tristan Thompson, attributes the gym workouts and making changes in her lifestyle as the key factors behind her 40-pound weight loss.
Additionally, she shared with Bustle that her contentious divorce with Lamar Odom in 2013 served as a crucial catalyst for her personal metamorphosis.
Just like the other members of the Kardashian-Jenner family, Khloé prefers to kick-start her day very early in the morning, usually around 5:30 AM, for a weekly workout routine that spans over five days.
She has continuously shut down accusations of ever having surgery or turning to weight loss drugs.
She’s shared before that if she were larger, she would have liked to use Ozempic.
Over the course of more than a decade, Khloé has shared her reliable methods for losing weight, offering valuable insights along the way.





Works out five days a week
I can’t get enough of Khloé’s fitness journey! She frequently shares her workout regimen on social media, and from time to time, even my fabulous sister Kim joins in. It’s truly inspiring!

Four times a week, Khloé works out at the gym with her personal trainer. On the fifth day, she chooses between doing cardio exercises or Pilates.

When I gave birth, I weighed 204 pounds, and I wondered aloud, ‘How will I manage this all over again?’ Since my first pregnancy was such a long time ago.

As a dedicated enthusiast, I can confidently say that having the right arsenal at my disposal was a game-changer. Armed with my tools, I swiftly figured out the plan of action and to my utter amazement, I shed pregnancy weight more rapidly than I ever managed to lose regular excess pounds.
Eats seven meals a day




Khloe has successfully revamped both her physical self and mental outlook by adopting numerous ‘lifestyle modifications’, such as consuming seven daily meals.
The celebrity mentioned: “I plan to eliminate soda completely from my diet. Gradually, I will reduce other items as well.
For about a week, I plan to maintain this activity, and then I’ll eliminate another similar practice because I’ve noticed that in my youth, I tried every possible diet out there.
Previously, Dr. Philip Goglia, who serves as Khloé Kardashian’s nutritionist, has disclosed to Vogue magazine the daily diet that helps the youngest Kardashian sibling maintain her physique.
In the morning, she mixes together a single scoop of whey protein powder, a tablespoon of almond butter, a piece of her preferred fruit, some ice cubes, and water in a blender to create a smoothie-like shake.
For her second or third meal, she has a slice of fruit along with a 100-gram serving of chicken breast accompanied by vegetables and a large salad rich in iron.
Meal four is a cup of celery and one cup of tomatoes with 12 almonds.
For her midday meal, Khloé opts for a larger serving of vegetables accompanied by an egg, while for dinner, she prefers fatty fish such as salmon, sea bass, or cod, along with approximately 200 grams of assorted vegetables and a fresh salad.
To finish off her day, she eats another piece of fruit.
Amid her strict diet, Khloé’s nutritionist did reveal that she does have a cheat meal now and then.
He said: ‘She has a pattern where she will do seven days on and then have one meal off.
Every now and then, I can’t help but marvel at the sheer unpredictability of her culinary decisions! One moment it might be a piece of delectable cake to satisfy a sweet tooth, the next could be a hearty pizza or pasta meal to quell an unexpected craving. She sure knows how to keep me on my toes when it comes to guessing her gastronomic whims!
Starts her day at 4.30am


It’s not unusual Khloé starts her day at the crack of dawn.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’d say that just as my role model Kris Jenner rises at the crack of dawn (specifically 4:30 am), I too kick-start my day with an invigorating morning workout.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan in 2022, Khloé said: ‘Normally, I get up at 4.30am.
Before my daughter stirs awake, I head to the gym for a workout, followed by spending the morning hours with her to kick-start my day.
Without a schedule, I’d feel quite disoriented. I guess you could say I’m a bit quirky in that sense, but having a plan helps reduce my stress levels.
Ozympic

Khloé consistently denies speculation about her resorting to weight loss medications or surgeries, maintaining an open-minded stance without passing judgment.
In a past episode of The Kardashians, she confessed that if she had been heavier, she likely would have considered using Ozempic.
If I were older now, given the availability of Ozempic, I likely would have given it a shot as I’ve tried various other options in the past.

‘I strongly advocate for wellness rather than fixating on a weight measurement. Instead, I believe it’s crucial for everyone to engage in regular physical activity.’
She finished by saying that it doesn’t matter to her what your size is, but rather, you ought to prioritize being healthy and strong, primarily for your own well-being.
Binge eating past


In March, Khloé shared honestly about her struggle with binge eating and how switching from therapy sessions to gym workouts initially triggered her weight loss journey.
Speaking on her podcast Khloé In Wonder Land, she spoke about her body confidence journey.
She often tells others, “One size doesn’t fit all,” as she’s experimented with countless options throughout her life.
Previously, I would often indulge in excessive eating, which was truly awful. When you overeat, it can feel incredibly pleasurable at the time, but shortly after finishing, you’re left feeling ashamed and filled with guilt.
Initially, I encountered a similar predicament, sought therapeutic help, but the experience was unpleasant. Now, I’ve managed to regain control over my life through regular exercise routines. That’s just how I function.
‘It’s not that easy I’ve been working out for like 10 years, it’s baby steps.
I’ve spent an extensive amount of time reaching my current position, but often, others overlook this journey and the effort involved. Yet, our minds are like muscles that require training, and learning to appreciate oneself is a process that needs reconditioning as well.
To one of my coworkers who’s also my friend, I mentioned that since we’ve both lost weight, we’ve become fitter but still smaller in size. We often laugh and comment, “I felt so much more self-assured when I was overweight.
‘Now in a bathing suit I’m like, “Oh, do you see this?” [pointing to part of her body] It’s nuts.’
Prefers ‘kids menu’ food


Khloé is still down to eat fast food, ditch her strict regime and diet once in a while.
Last year, during a question-and-answer session for the Fabletics brand, Khloé openly acknowledged her preference for dishes typically found on a children’s menu.
In such situations where I’ll be exposing a significant amount of my body, I undoubtedly put in more effort with my workouts.
‘And then I always celebrate with full large pizza, because that’s just the way it goes.
‘I’m a kids menu type of girl, just cheese, but life’s about balance, so, like, there you go.’
Trained her brain


During her emotional turmoil following Lamar’s divorce in 2013, Khloé admitted that she grew excessively concerned about her appearance and had to resist checking the scale frequently.
She shared with Bustle: “I thoroughly enjoyed the sensation it brought me. I relished pushing my limits and overcoming challenges. I’ve been engaged in this activity for more than a decade, and I continue to find joy in it.
‘Maybe [it’s] just being younger. I think you care about the scale.
Scales can be tricky; I no longer check my weight on them. I believe it’s quite harmful to obsess over numbers, and I’ve avoided doing so for a number of years now.
She also told SHE MD previously that she had to learn to change the way she viewed food.
My passion lies with food, as I’m quite determined. Consequently, I needed to adjust my thinking about what foods are suitable and what aren’t for me.
I currently feel great physically, and while I can eat whatever I desire, my brain has been conditioned in such a way that it’s not very tempting for me to consume much of the unhealthy or processed foods. Occasionally, I may crave something like pizza, but it’s mostly just an occasional weakness.
I won’t ever finish an entire pizza, but it helps retrain your brain. If your mind and body aren’t in sync, then you’re not truly active.
