Khloe Kardashian, 41, visits spa that offers Botox, ‘liquid nose jobs’ and body contouring, find out what she had done

Khloe Kardashian went to a spa offering a variety of treatments, including facials, Botox, lip fillers, laser treatments, liquid nose jobs, and body contouring.

As someone who’s always on the lookout for amazing self-care spots, I have to tell you about this new place I discovered! I recently visited the 7Q Spa in Calabasas, California, and I’m loving it. I shared all about it on my Insta Stories yesterday – Wednesday, to be exact – and wanted to let you all know about this little slice of heaven. It’s seriously a great find!

She had a laser treatment done on her face and neck, a procedure that usually lasts around an hour. The cost of this treatment can vary significantly, ranging from $500 to $2,000.

The Good American designer raved about the experience in a short video.

The mother of two wore a black headband and large sunglasses, paired with a light gray zip-up hoodie, as she happily talked about how convenient it was to receive the treatment near her home in Hidden Hills.

According to its website, 7Q Spa is the leading MedSpa in Los Angeles, offering the latest and most effective treatments for body contouring, facial aesthetics, and skin revitalization.

In the past, Kardashian has talked about getting treatments like Botox.

She explained she used it to ‘reduce the look of small lines and wrinkles’ and to ‘soften a dent on her cheek’ caused by a previous tumor being removed.

Koko, as her friends know her, has also had fillers and Sculptra. She says Sculptra is a treatment she uses for long-lasting results.

As a longtime follower, I’ve been so impressed with Khloé’s transformation! She’s a mom to True, who’s seven, and little Tatum, who’s two, with her ex, Tristan Thompson. She’s shared that the key to losing 40lbs has been really focusing on the gym and making some positive changes to her everyday life. It’s inspiring to see how dedicated she is!

She shared with Bustle that her difficult divorce from Lamar Odom in 2013 was a major moment that led to her personal growth and change. It was the turning point in her transformation.

Oh my gosh, Khloe is seriously my idol! Like everyone else in the Kardashian-Jenner family, she’s all about getting up super early. I mean, she swears by it! She starts her day at the crack of dawn – 5.30am, can you believe it?! – to work out five days a week. It’s insane, but that’s how she stays so fit! I’m trying to follow her lead, but it’s tough!

She has repeatedly denied claims that she’s had cosmetic surgery or used medications for weight loss. However, she has stated in the past that she wished she had access to Ozempic when she was at a higher weight.

Khloé frequently shares her exercise plan on platforms like social media, and occasionally includes her older sister, Kim Kardashian, in these posts.

On their Disney+ series, The Kardashians, the sisters are frequently spotted exercising with a trainer.

Khloé prioritizes fitness by hitting the gym with her trainer four times a week, and then adding in either cardio or Pilates on a fifth day.

Khloe is 5ft10in, by far the tallest Kardashian. These days she is a very slender 123lbs.

She shared in a question-and-answer session for the Fabletics brand: ‘I combine strength training with bursts of cardio, which keeps my heart rate fluctuating.’

Following the birth of her son, True, the KUWTK star worried she wouldn’t be able to lose the weight she had gained during pregnancy, especially since she had felt “overweight most her life”.

She told the SHE MD podcast: ‘I used to be overweight a lot of my life.

It’s funny, I’m talking about my weight-loss journey. It really took me years to achieve. I’ve always been a bit on the heavier side – but in a strong, athletic way. I’ve always been active and played sports, I just never really got into good shape.

I weighed 204 pounds after giving birth, and I immediately wondered how I would ever lose the weight again. It had taken me so long to get back in shape the first time around.

When she says ‘do’ it, she means lose the weight.

Since I had everything I needed to succeed, I knew how to approach the situation, and I surprisingly lost the weight from my pregnancy much quicker than I had lost weight before.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful small changes can be, and Khloe is a fantastic example! She’s really transformed both her body and mindset through what I call ‘lifestyle shifts’ – and you might be surprised to hear one key part of her approach was actually eating seven meals a day. It’s not about restriction, it’s about finding what works for you and fueling your body in a way that makes you feel amazing!

The celebrity explained: ‘I would, for example, stop drinking all sodas. I’d gradually eliminate different things from my diet, one step at a time.’

I’d try that for about a week, and then eliminate one more thing. I realized I’d tried every diet imaginable when I was younger.

Khloé Kardashian’s nutritionist, Dr. Philip Goglia, once told Vogue about a typical day of eating for the youngest Kardashian sister and how she maintains her fitness.

To start her day, she makes a shake with one scoop of whey protein, one tablespoon of almond butter, her favorite fruit, some ice, and water.

For her second or third meal, she eats a piece of fruit along with 100g of chicken breast, plus vegetables and salad rich in iron.

Meal four is a cup of celery and one cup of tomatoes with 12 almonds.

For her fifth meal of the day, Khloé enjoys more vegetables with an egg. She typically has fatty fish – such as salmon, sea bass, or cod – for dinner, along with 200g of vegetables and salad.

To finish off her day, she eats another piece of fruit.

Amid her strict diet, Khloé’s nutritionist did reveal that she does have a cheat meal now and then.

He said: ‘She has a pattern where she will do seven days on and then have one meal off.

What she chose to eat when she wanted a treat really depended on her mood – sometimes she’d enjoy a piece of cake for dessert, or perhaps pizza or pasta for dinner, essentially whatever she felt like at the moment.

It’s not unusual Khloé starts her day at the crack of dawn.

I’m always amazed by how dedicated Khloé is to her fitness! Like her mom, Kris Jenner, who’s up at the crack of dawn – I’ve heard she starts her day around 4.30am – Khloé always makes time for a morning workout. It’s really inspiring to see!

In an interview with Cosmopolitan in 2022, Khloé said: ‘Normally, I get up at 4.30am.

I head to the gym before my daughter is awake, and then I spend the morning with her, which helps me start my day right.

I really need a schedule to feel grounded. It might sound a bit crazy, but knowing what’s coming up actually helps me feel less stressed and more in control. Without one, I’d feel completely lost.

Khloe has repeatedly denied using weight loss drugs or getting surgery, but she doesn’t criticize others who choose to do so. She consistently addresses these rumors and makes it clear she hasn’t had any procedures, while also remaining non-judgmental of other people’s choices. She’s stated this in various interviews and on social media.

She previously confessed on an episode of The Kardashians that she likely would have considered using Ozempic when she was ‘larger’.

If I had been older and Ozempic had been available, I likely would have given it a shot, as I was willing to try anything else at the time.

I’ve tried all sorts of quick-fix weight loss plans, but the only thing that truly works is making lasting changes to your lifestyle. I really want to promote health and well-being, not just focusing on a number on the scale. I believe everyone should prioritize being active. I don’t care about your size at all – just focus on being healthy and building strength for yourself,” she concluded.
