Kevin Hart STILL doesn’t talk to Michael Jordan as he addresses years-long feud with the NBA legend: ‘I can care less’
As a seasoned observer of popular culture and a connoisseur of stand-up comedy, I must say that Kevin Hart’s latest antics have left me both amused and slightly perplexed. The man is a master of his craft, weaving tales that are as hilarious as they are audacious. His recent jabs at the legendary Michael Jordan, while pushing the boundaries of good taste, are undeniably entertaining.
Kevin Hart keeps poking fun at Michael Jordan and has escalated his banter, now targeting Michael’s sons, Jeffrey and Marcus, as well.
During Kevin’s Acting My Age tour, he, at 45 years old, discussed his decades-long conflict with Michael, who is 61. This rift started over eight years ago, and Kevin revealed that ever since he hosted a charity event and jokingly mocked Michael, they haven’t spoken to each other.
For years, Michael has been giving me a hard time, and it all started when I organized a celebrity event for him. When he arrived late, I playfully joked about it to lighten the mood.
During his show in Atlantic City, New Jersey on July 21st, as reported by an exclusive source speaking to DailyMail.com, Kevin casually explained to the audience: ‘It happened fast, it was all just a joke, I’m not sure where it originated, but I gave him a quick punch.’
‘Michael had an attitude. Hasn’t talked to me since.’
During a public gathering, the actor from Die Hard 2 clarified that he and Michael have a strained relationship, and it’s known that Michael is not a fan of Kevin Hart.
His response? ‘I don’t give a s**t. I could care less. I can f**king care less.’
‘I’m at a point in my life where it’s very hard to bother me,’ Kevin reasoned.
At 45, it’s less about the march of time or the stages of life. Instead, you reach a place where trivial matters lose their significance. I’ve changed significantly from who I used to be.
Although the precise year of the charity event isn’t known, Kevin admitted on Jimmy Kimmel in 2016 that he teased Michael about his eccentric fashion style and petite, squared-off mustache.
Kevin once inquired, “At what age is it socially acceptable to wear pants so high without comment, as you saw me do during my stand-up act?” It’s worth noting that earlier, during his comedy tour, he jokingly compared Michael’s attire to that of a ‘pregnant lesbian.’
On Sunday evening at the Etess Arena inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Kevin expressed his opinion to his followers, stating that he thinks Michael has poor fashion sense and often wears some of the most unattractive jeans he’s ever come across.
As a humor enthusiast, I playfully pointed out that my spacious rear pockets could accommodate a Dell computer on one side and a modem on the other, like a portable tech station.
Towards the latter part of his comedy act, Kevin mentioned the NBA champion while recounting a story from last year. He had experienced an injury that left him needing medication for erectile dysfunction, as his penis resembled a thumb and he was unable to walk properly.
The funny man playfully suggested that the pharmacy at the gas station might run out of pills, since there’s a single person who tends to purchase all of them and keeps them in his back pocket.
Kevin chuckled while sharing the joke on stage, saying, “I pointed out that only one back pocket is large enough for so many ‘jordan pills’… Michael, or should I say, ‘Michael Pill-Jordan’,” referencing basketball legend Michael Jordan.
He then said that Michael ‘will f**king kill me’ when he hears the joke.
At his New Jersey concert, held barely a month into his tour, Kevin criticized Michael’s well-known children, much like other celebrities’ offspring, for failing to leverage the resources and opportunities readily available to them.
If someone had claimed they could obtain Michael Jordan’s genetic material from the street, I would have gladly spent a significant amount of money to acquire it. Instantly inject it into my child and urge him, “Time for a lay-up. Jump now! Show me what you’ve got!”
If you believe that Michael Jordan doesn’t reflect upon it each time he observes Dell Curry cheering alongside Steph Curry on the sidelines, then consider this.
Michael gazed at Marcus and Jeffrey on the couch below, saying, “Check out the pair of you, just lounging around…every day wrapped up in assorted Jordan sneakers like a couple of sluggards!”
It appears Marcus, however, has heard the joke and has no qualms about it.
Marcus, founder of Trophy Room store, went to Kevin Hart’s show in Las Vegas around mid-July and posted on his social media, “Kevin Hart, the guy who never fails to make me laugh, has a fresh joke involving myself, my brother @heirjordan13, and @jumpman23. Don’t miss it!”
Apart from that, he too added a personal anecdote about the comedian, commenting, ‘In reality, Kevin Hart is noticeably smaller than his screen presence suggests. #truthbomb.’
As your trusted lifestyle guide, I’m thrilled to share that my beloved artist, Kevin, is carrying on his “Acting My Age” tour starting August 3. This musical journey takes us across the country, with shows scheduled all the way until December 4. Don’t miss out on this incredible experience!
