According to DailyMail.com’s latest report, Baumgartner is planning to downsize his living quarters. His next residence will have only three bedrooms, a more compact backyard, and no swimming pool included.
In a tranquil corner of this small Californian town lies a newly built rental residence worth $3.6 million. Surrounded by lush greenery, it is accessed via a private driveway, and comparable properties in the area are rented out for approximately $22,000 monthly.
As a devoted admirer, I’d be thrilled to share that one significant perk stands out for me: The house I’m considering is situated no more than two miles away from my beloved boyfriend Josh Connor’s place.
Although they’ve shared their excitement about getting married with their friends, according to DailyMail.com’s report in May, they haven’t taken the next step of living together yet.
Instead, Baumgartner is now comfortably residing in her new abode, as DailyMail.com exclusively captures images of her Range Rover parked outside the residence. Although smaller than her previous rental home, it boasts a separate guest house as a consolation.
A property of approximately 3,786 square feet in size sits on a plot smaller than one acre. Despite its modest land area, it features immaculately maintained gardens and provides access to no less than 4.5 bathrooms, as indicated by the Santa Barbara County Assessor’s records.
Baumgartner resided in a luxurious four-bedroom house with a big swimming pool and personalized fixtures in the vicinity, yet felt dissatisfied during the trial, stating it didn’t match up to Costner’s expansive property consisting of three distinct houses and directly abutting the beach.
Costner’s primary residence boasts an infinity pool offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, while its interior design seamlessly blends striped area rugs, tanned leather sofas, and cream-colored walls to evoke the essence of ‘Californian lifestyle’.
Additionally, the retired movie star’s house is equipped for water sports and surfing. The garage in a nearby neighbor’s previous residence has been transformed into a storage space for surfboards, wetsuits, and diving gear.

Last October, Baumgartner finalized her divorce from Costner. Initially seeking a staggering $161,000 monthly alimony, she was instead granted a temporary award of $129,000. However, this amount was later reduced to a mere $63,000 per month.
After having three children, the woman has been in a new relationship with Connor, a venture capitalist. Their daughters, Abigail (age 13) and Grace (also age 13), have developed a strong friendship.
