Over the weekend, Kerry Katona was seen with Jameson Stocks, following her breakup with fiancé Ryan Mahoney.

Kerry was left devastated when she split from her fiancé Ryan in November after six years together.

24-year-old Jameson earned the title of The National Restaurant of The Year, which he received while being recognized on MasterChef and Cake Boss.

Currently, he is the proprietor of a marketplace offering food in Chichester, frequently posting images of his establishment and its culinary creations on Instagram.

In the year 2023, there was a fast-paced, three-month love affair between Jameson and Jo Wood. Back then, it was reported that the model had developed a strong affection for the chef.

The document sets out the ‘last day of operation for the company’ as December 17, and designates December 24 as the date of its official termination.

As a die-hard fan, I’d like to clarify something that’s been buzzing around: I, myself (Kerry), didn’t have the bandwidth in my busy schedule to manage Kerry’s Boutique. Any matters concerning the shutdown of the company are entirely under the purview of my business partner, with no involvement from me whatsoever.

Earlier, on November 12, the planned strike-off action had been temporarily halted. A document indicated that the Registrar had received an objection to the proposed striking off.

In October, we got a notification that Kerry’s brand’s property might be taken by the tax authorities because our most recent financial records were past due.

The brand was initially published with a First Gazette, informing Kerry that preparations had been made to possibly remove the company from the registry if necessary.

‘The document dated October 8th warned that if there’s no valid argument to the contrary, the Company Registrar will delete the company from their records and dissolve it at least two months following the stated date.’)

When the company ceases to exist, any assets and rights owned by or held on behalf of the company will be considered as ownerless property (bona vacantia). In such a case, these assets would pass to the sovereign (the Crown).

After Kerry had expressed an emotional statement to her fans, reflecting on a challenging year following her separation from Ryan, something else occurred.

With a sorrowful expression, the ex-Atomic Kitten singer remarked: ‘Matters appear to be growing more and more chaotic.’
