Kerry Katona shares health update after undergoing corrective breast surgery as she admits the recovery is ‘not easy’

Kerry Katona has given fans an update on her health following surgery to correct a previous breast procedure, saying the recovery process has been challenging.

The 45-year-old TV star recently shared that she needed surgery to fix complications from a previous breast augmentation. Scar tissue had torn after her fourth breast surgery.

In her latest magazine column, Kerry shared that she’s been taking it easy since her breast surgery, but it’s been challenging. She admitted to feeling lazy while recovering at home, as her body is limiting what she can do. She also mentioned she needs to avoid wearing a bra and sleeping on her side for the next six weeks.

I know the implant had to go through some scar tissue, and it’s really annoying, but I’m trying to sleep on my back to help with recovery.

It’s even started to impact the muscles I use for driving. I recently pulled a muscle while doing housework and realized I just need to be more mindful of how I move.

Kerry Katona, known from the band Atomic Kitten, recently had breast surgery for the fourth time. However, the stitches came undone during intimacy with her partner, Paolo Margaglione, who is 33 years old.

In a recent column, Kerry shared that she’s been taking it easy this week due to recovery from breast surgery. Her doctor advised her to rest, so she’s been focusing on that instead of work.

My breast implants damaged tissue because I didn’t get enough rest after the surgery. I hadn’t allowed my body to heal properly.

Paolo has been incredibly supportive and wonderful throughout my surgery and recovery. I truly love him!

The reality TV personality started a relationship with a personal trainer after they met while filming the show Celebs Go Dating, which started in April.

She explained that he’s actually been very supportive, especially since she’s been the one dealing with the biggest challenges.

When asked about the age difference – Kerry is twelve years older than him – she said it doesn’t bother her at all.

‘No, it doesn’t bother me anymore, you’re only as old as the man you’re feeling,’ she shared.
